I went in the summer and food and service were fine but the two Maine Coons, were extremely matted, if you are going to house long-haired cats please get them groomed as matting is extremely uncomfortable for them! A lot of the other cats were overweight as well, I think the care of the cats here needs to be improved quickly.

I've been to Whiskers and Cream three times now, and each time it has not disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is excellent. The cats themselves all have their own personalities which always leads to a wonderful afternoon, especially if you go towards the end of the afternoon as they all come out to be fed! Could not ask for a better experience, and will be back.

Had the loveliest of visits today. A lot of the cats were sleeping but enjoyed a few fusses nevertheless. We had some lovely cats keep us company and have a little play. The owner was there who has a lovely chat with us about the cats and the business. The servers were very nice also. The staff really do know all of the cats personalities and you can tell they all really care about the cats, and that's the most important part.We had an afternoon tea which included unlimited drinks. The food was delicious, fresh baguettes, warm scones, and the cheesecakes, brownie and mango sorbet were delicious. However the star of the show were the pistachio macarons!! Had to get some to take home! Also was offered a drink to take on the 2 hr drive home which was sweet.Overall, a very friendly atmosphere and we are excited to visit again. ?Dietary restrictions: Quite a few options for vegan butter on the sandwiches, gluten free options for afternoon tea and little treats to take away that are gluten free.

I had a lovely time with my best friend here today at the cat cafe :) The cats were very cute. The cafe itself was spacious and especially accommodating sitting downstairs as both of us have autism and anxiety. It was lovely to sit in a calm and peaceful space. The cake and hot chocolate was delicious. :)

What can I say about this fantastic and amazing cafe. The cats were adorable and very well behaved. The staff were brilliant and friendly, and knew each cat's personality and we were friendly. The food was brilliant and being gluten free and lactose free, they came up with options that were tasty and both affordable.Vegetarian options: Vegan pancakes, vegan cheesecakes, vegan and gluten free sandwiches

We had afternoon tea here for the 90 minute access. My 11 yo daughter and I went and were delighted. The cafe was exceptionally clean, the cats were lovely and sweet and the staff were friendly. The cakes were delicious. I had a Gluten Free set up and had low expectations but the scones were by far the most gorgeous GF I’d ever had!Would highly recommend- it was a very relaxed environment and a joy to be able to spend time with all the cute cats.

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Whiskers & Cream. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We visited early afternoon and most of the cats were napping but still enjoyed a tickle! It wasn't busy when we visited - if it had been full, that might have been a bit much for the cats. They are obviously very well looked after and we would highly recommend a visit!

Enjoyed the cat cafe , came here with family for the daughters birthday treat as we all love cats. There were 10 cats to see and pet. Friendly cats and staff , good service and the food was nice. Most of the cats slept most of the time which was a shame but obviously cant control that , a few did get up and have a wonder and managed a play with one of them. Only marking the food/overall experience down a star as I feel its overpriced for what you get.

I visited this place twice a year appart. I would have rated my first visit 5* because I had loved the food and everything else was perfect. However this time I have mixed feelings about it all. I really liked the vegetarian sandwiches, they are simple but tasty. The scones were delicious too. The problem laid with the cakes. The brownies were inedible. I don't know if it was a bad batch but they were way too sticky and didn't taste right. We were 6 and none of us ate them. The rest was okay but I remembered loving them the first time, this time it was just alright. I would not go again to the cafe for afternoon tea, perhaps just for scones and tea would be an option. The service was very slow with our drinks arriving long after the food. We felt pressured to finish and we were asked to leave even though the cafe was almost empty. When you pay that much money it is a bit frustrating.

My partner and I visited Whiskers & Cream for the first time yesterday and we had the best time! It was busy but the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was great, with a vast array of drinks ,light meals and cakes to choose from, catering for all dietary requirements and choices. We're both vegan and our food was lovely. As for the cats - it's a lovely haven for them and all us cat lovers. 9 out of the 10 adorable cats were present. It was clear they were all happy and relaxed and the staff have a great rapport with them and care for them deeply. We had a wonderful time getting to stroke and play with many of them and took photos galore, along with chatting away to other cat loving guests! I've been to several cat cafes and this is easily one of the best. Definitely recommend it and we'll be booking again next time we're back in London.Dietary restrictions: Great selection of vegetarian and vegan food

We visited Whiskers & Cream during the May half-term with Jax’s, he’s a big cat lover. The cafe as a very calm and relaxing vibe set over two floors. When the team seat you, they tell you the cafe rules and show you the page in the menu that list the cafe cats, with names and a photo. We were told Vanilla didn’t like kids and not to let Jax’s attempt to pet her.The cats are super calm and friendly, except Vanilla (who remember doesn’t like kids) we were told. Vanilla did scratch Jax’s on his hand, while he was petting cutie pie, fluffy Jack. Jax’s didn’t see Vanilla sitting on a stool nearby. We cleaned up little Jax’s hand and continued to enjoy the other cats. While drinking my incredible hot chocolate and reading a book, beautiful Amelia sat next to me and allowed me to rub behind her ears. The team take such amazing care of all the cats. A must visit!

What a wonderful cat cafe! Myself and my partner had the best time here! From the wonderful service to the clear instructions on how to make the cats happy and comfortable and the AMAZING food & drink this cat cafe is one of our favourites!! Every member of staff was so attentive and helpful, the manager shared her love of the cats as well as her love for baking & food with us and that really shows in the tasty pastries etc you can have here! As for the cats they are so beautiful! Their space is respected as per the clear instructions of the staff and you can see they are content and happy here! Thank you for such a lovely experience!Dietary restrictions: Great options for a range of diets!

We had a great time at Whiskers & Cream. Our daughters loved spending time with the cats and really enjoyed their cakes. A rather peaceful, relaxed time away from the hubbub of London. The girls loved the opportunity to brush Jack. Highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

I stumbled upon W&C whilst exploring the area before checking into my hotel.I’ve been to a cat cafe before, but W&C has a much more friendly and relaxed environment.I sat at Vanilla’s table. Vanilla is an 8 year old that enjoyed keeping an eye on things. He was happy for a short head scratch every so often. The staff were very knowledgable about the temperaments of each cat and explains the do’s and dont’s before you order. It was nice to hear that the cafe is the permanent home for the cats and they certainly seem very happy and comfortable there. You are free to roam around and greet the cats and there is a nice balance of cats that will come to you and those that are less forward.Very impressed that the overall (c)attitude is that the place is the cats home as a priority. Is humans are all secondary ?My mocha (included in the entrance fee) was lovely and the banana bread was warm and tasty. Will definitely be back!

Ended up here by accident when just hunting for good scones and what a fantastic accident it was. All of the staff are lovely, the service is great, all of the cats are cats, and the baked goods and tea were all excellent. Between Oscar yelling and Vanilla demanding his chair be placed at the appropriate spot, and Jasper stealing Oscar's basket and general cat shenanigans, this place was a total gem and such a wonderful unexpected addition to an already great trip. Highly recommend. A beautiful cafe and tea room with really charming, fun people and an amazing array of strong personalities who want their ears scritched. Will certainly come again next trip!
