There are sooo many kinds of teas you can choose from. You can try some teas and hot chocolate as well. Hot chocolate is really nice so definitely recommend trying. When I visited here with my family last year after Christmas, there was a sale for Christmas-featured teas. The teas were at affordable prices! Normal teas are not that pricey neither.Free samples of tea and hot chocolate are also available. The shop is always crowded, but the staff are kind and you can sample for free, so it's recommended!

Lovely shop but the tea wasn’t very nice, I got the apple elderflower and I only brewed one pot. Not a fan at all of the flavor.

I come here regularly, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I love their black tea and chocolate-covered coffee beans -they’re out of this world! The hot chocolate is not bad, but it’s not particularly special either.

I really like this shop, which is less busy than the one at Coven Garden. We do our shopping there more peacefully

My partner was overcharged at another Whittard and was told on the phone to go to any Whittard shop in London to get a refund. We arrived there and explained the situation, the shop attendant called someone who completely dismissed our claim and told us to go to the other shop that is 20mins away. They did not offer any help like calling the other shop or just basic human empathy on the situation, while looking genuinely pissed. Definitely avoid this shop that provides a surprisingly poor customer experience.
We brought some loose leaf tea home and for souvenirs. They sell instant teas and hot chocolates as well. You also had 3-4 types of instant drinks to taste. Saleswomen we’re super helpful and friendly!
