The rooms are small (think paris hotel room), we were in #1 which is at least quiet. BUT there is a bright green night light high up in the ceiling, which would definitely bother some people. Also there are no spare plugs for laptop and other chargers - so I asked for an extension cable and got on my hands and knees to plug it in under the desk. On the positive side the front desk staff are great and so is the breakfast. We didn't have dinner. Not sure I would stay again, I think its overpriced.

I’ve just been for Sunday roast at the restaurant with my family. We’ve been waiting for kids burger , chicken burger and roast beef for 40 minutes. Of course my beef came cold. Like rest of the food on the plate kind of good temperature but the meat totally cold. Manager did replace the whole plate but it’s very disappointing especially with such a long wait with restaurant not being busy at allFood & drinks: Tasty but long wait and cold food at the end

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and it was wonderful. Clean room and bathroom. Every day the room was cleaned. Friendly atmosphere and service. The food was delicious. The hotel is close to a park and public transport. Quiet and

I cannot believe this is owned by Gordon Ramsay it should be on Hotels from Hell. £350 for B&B with, no hot water, faulty air con, dodgy electrics, splintered floorboards, chipped paint and filthy carpet. Given an alternative room, still no hot water for shower, chipped paintwork, damaged furniture and splintered floorboards and this TV doesn't work either. I feel sorry for the staff it must be embarrassing to work here, we had booked for dinner but cancelled this too as if the hotel is dirty we felt we couldn't trust the kitchen. We will also be skipping breakfast for the same reason too. Shameful if it hadn't been bought as a gift for us I would have refused to pay. Gordon needs to practice what he preaches. Thanks for ruining our weekend.Rooms: In desperate need of attention.Safety: Faulty wall light fitting in first bedroom and potential fire risk of having a cloth wrapped around main cable to ceiling light fitting.

I ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms but the food was good and the service was exceptional.

I’m writing this review about the restaurant and not the hotel. I assume maybe there is a reason that you can’t review the restaurant as maybe the truth hurts. I can’t believe that Gordon Ramsey still puts his name to this place. It all started when the staff weren’t aware if the specials board on the outside of the building that has been there for at least a few days since I noticed it and is still there today. When i asked the staff what was on the seasonal set menu. They told us that it finished at 6pm (see the sign and this was a Monday night at 7pm). They then brought us the seasonal menu and said we could still order. The price on the menu that was brought to us had a price of 2 courses for £19.50. So I questioned the price and the waiter got the manger. He explained that the sign out the front was incorrect (it looks pretty professional snd intentional; again see the photo) and that I would be charged £19.50 as was on the menu. I complained and he said what he could do. We ordered the food and it was so bad anyway. Wings were covered in too much sauce. Like something was being disguised. The cauliflower was watery and quite tasteless, as well as the fish main also being tasteless. I really do think Gordon should maybe do a spot check of his own venues and get off TV complaining about other peoples restaurants.

We stayed here from 18 July to25 July 2023 for 7 nights.Fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff. Second visit as this is a great location if you just want to be out of the busy london central scene. However the 88 bus gets you into central London in no time. Regent's Park is virtually on your doorstep Will stay there again on our annual london trip. Judith and Chris

Has drinks here. Good service. My only complaint was last orders before 9pm is a bit earlyFood & drinks: Drinks very nice
I’m only rating the restaurant, not the hotel.Food is kind of mediocre. The fried cauliflower tastes pretty bland. It had spices but it needed a sauce or dip.The duck salad again was ok - but the duck was definitely crispy and had a lot of flavour so I’d eat it again. The kids food was also bland which didn’t actually mean lack of salt.I wish I got pizza but my friends had burgers and said they were decent.Service was outstanding and quick and the staff were lovely.Food & drinks: It was ok. I like that kids eat for free but wasn’t very impressed by the flavours of everything.

Booked for one night on a Saturday after a busy day in London and we had a great stay. Great location, about 5/10 walk from Camden madness and on Regents park doorstep. From the moment we walked in till we checked out, the service was exceptional and made to feel very welcome. Room was spotless, very comfortable and with great amenities. Breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious - the scrambled eggs were amazing. Just a shame we had to only have one night! Special shout-out to one of the staff (didn't catch his name unfortunately) but gave great service during breakfast and related to how grateful we were for a rare child free outing! Hopefully we'll come back and book again soon!

Special thanks to Oana who was delightful to speak with.A 7 minute walk from the metro made this stay very accessible and the Camden strip has a lot of nice bars and eateries.Thank you, we will recommend and prioritise staying again when back in London ?Rooms: So charming and very well keptFood & drinks: Everything was delicious and the coffee is goodNoteworthy details: Locate the entrance to the hotel by the side, past the black iron fence
