The steak here was good, the beef burgers are also good. This along with the very friendly staff and cosy decor makes this a place I’d come on special occasions. The only problem is that there isn’t much variety on desserts and they have taken the tiramisu out of the menu which used to be the only dessert I liked. All in all, I’d still give this restaurant a 5* but I’d skip desserts

As always an incredible experience - thank you! Jonathan and the whole team at Zelmans make us feel so welcome and always deliver amazing food. Everything was fantastic - we especially loved the Tempura Prawns, the Rib Eye Fillet and all the accompaniments. See you all soon! One woman and two men visited today.zealman Burger is one of our great delights when we come to London. Today we ordered two Zealman burgers, fish, salad and wine. However, the hamburger patty was completely different from when I had it last year. It was very dry and tasteless. It looked like an instant patty, not a patty made from minced beef. So I couldn't eat it all and had to take it out. It's not that the grilling has changed, but the quality of the meat has become very low. I hope we're unlucky and it's just today. Next time, I hope they come back to the original, great zealman Burger.

Having been to the St Paul’s branch of Zelman Meats before it closed and having had a good experience at the time, I wanted to pay this restaurant in Harvey Nichols a visit.I cannot fault the service, which was friendly, pleasant and attentive. However, whilst the dry aged beef burger was reasonably tasty and had a decent flavour, the triple cooked chips were poor - both in quantity and texture, and the bone-in rib eye steak was tougher than expected with a fair amount of sinew and also smelled funny. I understand that 35-day dry aged means the steak will have a certain smell but this is the first time I’ve had it smell and taste so strongly (and not in a good way), and given the £60 price tag, I expected better.Unfortunately on this basis, whilst I really wanted this to be a great experience, I left feeling dis-satisfied and will be unlikely to return.
Good grill, but pricey, located in a kind of supermarket, difficult to find

I visited your establishment on the fourth of April. What can I can say? One thing I must say,I was served 1 litre bottle of distilled water. The bottle wasn't sealed and I was charged £4.It should be free. I am writing this review on behalf on my daughter.

The brisket was very good but way too overpriced for the amount. Same goes for the drinks. The picanha was fine, quite chewy and unflavourful, tho. The burger, however, was horrible. There was no taste at all, not even salt. The texture was also weird. All in all would recommend with caution.

My overall experience was okay but we ordered 4 times flat bread to eat with 4 starters and each bread order came with only 2 slices. Later we found that we’re charged. Tbh, charging 4x2 slices of bread was a bit of ugly. It should be came with starters for free.
