Have always been here — definitely is my go-to chicken shop, if I am craving. Their food is amazing, and the staff very friendly. Would recommend!

The food is good , although I would prefer if the wings weren't kept in the holding area for so long because it tastes a little stale bite overall the food is good. On the other hand , the customer service is absolutely appalling . Ive been going to this dixy for quite a while now and two men used to work there and they were fine and quite friendly, but then this new woman started working there and she is so rude , doesn't cover her hair or wear gloves , very dismissive and passive aggressive , the prices of the food always flunctuate & so unwelcoming she is so stingy with the sauce , she needs to give the customer what they want . The owner or the franchise needs to find someone new to be at the till & add a contact number to google .

The chips are AMAZING but their chicken is not so great.If you go to Dixy I would recommend their chipsAnd don't waste your money on those 80p sauce containersChips are great though?

Gave the wrong order,sent my son back to shop and they told him chicken leg will take 15 minsHe waited only to be told they dont have chicken leg at all!!My younger son had been waiting over 30mins now.They couldn't tell him from the beginning they had no chicken legs!!And then one of the guys threatened to slap my son!!!!!!
