The staff wasn't that friendly and had no attention to customers, even my order was ready to collect (8-9min) waited for them to stop chatting and playing around and pay attention for the waiting customers.. awful!!

Very poor costumer service. (I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years so I know a little bit about minimum standards and I can emphatise with employees in reasonable situations)I had an issue with my order (home delivery). I made an order specifying no bacon/pork (evidence in the receipt)I called to the restaurant to try to solve it and instead of being helpful and leave a satisfied costumer and a good image of the business they work for, the person I talked with, was rude and gave their unsolicited (religious) opinion about my order (they said that even if there was no bacon, the beef and chicken are not halal), information I never asked for, I just wanted my request followed (no bacon/no pork).We’ll end up having a refund from Just Eat with the evidence, but it’s not good for the business when your rude employees are not able to solve costumer problems and as a bonus they chase away all your potential costumers from a whole religious group…

Absolutely appalling service. The store opens up at 11 and I ordered just after it for a family lunch. Not even that far away and it took ages. Not just that but they also managed to get the order wrong on one of my pizza because whoever made it can obviously not read what I ordered and I doubt it was that busy as I’m sure I’m one of the first customers to order. Called back and not even an apology. Whoever is working in that store needs to learn some customer service. Im lost for words at this point because I honestly do not know how many other people have to go through this

Don't give them your card details, make sure you pay cash when ordering delivery as they stiff me twice, lucky I ordered through just eat. I like dominos pizza but it's not worth it. And they are recisit.

Bought two large pizzas with four toppings today. It looks like they are saving on toppings as there was hardly any toppings on ours. I am not a resident of Edmonton, just visiting. I always order from the Domino's around my area in Southgate Hampden square and I've never had problems with their quality. So I can tell you this is far below the Domino's standard.

To day i spend 37 pound in here and stuff was soo rude with us evet guys they not listen to costomer we boht two pizzas and i gonna put picture as well nearly there iş not toppick on the pizza .... ????? we try to ask question but guys wich iş i took his picture as well even He didint answer the quastion He was soooooooooooo ????? rude we Re not happy idk why Domino's works wiht those People. Not happy face rude staf Domino's quality iş soo bad . I work in Domino's as well this service iş not good realy not good . You post the picture about rude guy and olso pizza as well . THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ÒF THIS PLACE IS RUDE THEY HAVE NO MANNER. I TELLING THEM THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAS NOT TURNT UP. IM TELLING THE MAN IF MY FOOD IS COLD I WANT A REFUND THE RUDE FOUL HAD THE CHECK TO PUT DOWN THE PHONE. AND WHEN THE DELIVERY DRIVER DID APEAR AFTER 20MINS LATER WHEN ITS ONLY A 4 MINS DRIVE COULDN'T EVEN TALK ENGLISH. WHEN IM ASKIN HIM WHYS HAS HE TAKIN SO LONG. OH AND LET ME NOT FORGET MY FOOD IS WAS COLD. I HAD TO PUT IT IN THE OVER TO WARM UP. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL BE DISPOINTED. IF I KNEW I HAD TO WARM UP A PIZZA I WOULD HAVE JUST COOKED MY OWN.

Manager has got a attitude problem. They forgot to add my chicken strips and they told me they’d send more and that the driver was on the way. I have yet to receive my chicken strips. Food is decent but it’s run by a absolute tart. Customer service is a joke would not recommend
