It's a nice spot in Maida Vale, cool place to chill for a bit with a coffee and maybe a cheeky cake. My one gripe with Caffe Nero (not just this store) is they often forget to add double points when I use a reusable cup, once they even forgot to add just the one point ?... But asides from that, I really do like this spot and the staff on Maida Vale are always cool

Good place for quick hot or cold food and a slice of cakes in the middle of a department store.

Terrible service from older woman with bandanna. she was very rude to her hijabi co worker infront of other customers. she had a stinky attitude and is rude to other customers too. the hijabi girl is so sweet and always has amazing customer service. i felt bad for her she looked so uncomfortable. i came in today and she said she was leaving. so sad :( will no be returning ever again unfortunately. gail’s is better

This Caffè Nero location is so cozy, aesthetic and has a lovely ambience. My Americanos are always piping hot and rich and velvety, and this makes me love them. During this particular visit, Ophelie and Razan were wonderful Baristas, informing me of their Winter Blend, and making me aware of the origins of the coffee. I will be a regular.

Just popped in for some drinks. Very clean store and friendly servers.

My experiences here have always exceeded my expectations with their delightful offerings. The Pistachio Frappe was an exquisite blend of flavors, striking the perfect balance between refreshing and indulgent, making it an absolute delight for my taste buds. The Pistachio Sliced Cake was a masterpiece in itself – every forkful was a symphony of rich pistachio goodness that left me craving for more. The ambiance was inviting, providing a serene escape in the heart of the bustling city, and the staff's friendly demeanor added to the overall wonderful experience.

Typical in most respects (including several people with laptops nursing a single coffee for 4 hrs using it as a personal office ). Only ever one staff member at a time working whenever I've been - so service can be slow, especially when behind a line of people wanting iced frappe drinks. Tiresome experience, but decent coffee.

Their cafe latte frappe is like a iced late. Nothing like frappe at other cafe. Never again....I like hot coffee from Nero though!

Live in the neighbourhood so have been here a few times. Extremely poor service and rude, racist staff almost every time. Payments don’t work a lot of the time and coffee is very inconsistent. Honestly the Tesco Costa machine is more reliable.
