Great quality pizzas ? , good deals . Takeout and delivery available . Good opening and closing times and friendly staff that get the job done . Not halal but plenty of veggie options available. Have ordered pizzas from this store in the past. There have vegan friendly options and my friend ordered a pepperoni ? both were unsatisfactory. Disappointed with the quality of the pizza. The ingredients did not taste fresh and the pizza was dry. The staff were unfriendly and from this experience we won’t be ordering again from this shop.

Quick comparison between 2 big chain stores based in Maida Vale.Papa Johns: took 55 mins to arrive, warm, quality seal not put on properly, marked as delivered 10 mins before it came to boost their store metricsDominos: arrives in 25 mins tops, boiling hot, the tracker is accurate

They tried to charge me to much, false advertisement on the window, rude staff. The only good part was closing the door when I left. Charged me £10.99 although it states £9.99 on the window.

Ordered a pizza past midnight for a collection. The pizza was ready within 10-15 minutes. Really good for a quick tasty collection (haven't tried a delivery)

Ordered 1 pizza, a side and a drink; the delivery took 1hr and 40 minutes with tracking being inconsistent. Tracking showed that it had been delivered 58 minutes after I had placed the order and with this inconsistency, I had called up PapaJohns. After 7 calls, someone had picked up and I was told to wait an extra 5-6 minutes before the driver would come.PapaJohns should compensate for the extra delivery time and incorrect tracking. Seems like tracking is automated for customer satisfaction and is not the real deal.Unhappy with the overall service in general
