Unbelievably rude experience thanks to an unqualified member with a very Indian accent answering the phone today 22/01/25 at 1:33 pm. She said that I wasnt able to understand, raised her voice, refused to pass me to her supervisor/manager and refused to tell me her first name. She said it was only her business and that I had no such right as a customer Papa Johns: where do you hire your staff? This is beyond rudeness, she was uncivilised!!!! I hated my experience and if every time I have to order a pizza, I need to battle with such an uncivilised " lady", I'd rather call your competitors or bake it myself. With this woman under your staff, you will lose many clients. Guaranteed

This franchise doesn't make papa johns pizza the way it's supposed to be.
Ordered two pizzas both were missing the peperocini .one pizza didn't have the sauce included which was supposed to be garlic butter sauce not garlic herb.
The food was not up to brand standards

ORDER NEVER DELIVERED! we ordered via the papa Jhons app, waited for almost an hour and food never came. the tracker said delivered but nothing, we had to go to the store and the staff said they cannot do anything, cant even make a replacement meal and simply told us to come next day for a refund. they ended up giving us a pepperoni pizza and drink for the night (it was midnight and we were starving) and had to take an uber back home cause there were no trains. we called next day and the staff said he will raise it to the manager and issue refund. still waiting for the refund on the order. AWFUL SERVICE..

I am a daily customer but was appalled by the behaviour at 11:00am at this address. A lot of drivers patiently waiting for their order for more then 30 minutes and the lady was on her phone and decided to prepare the orders last mintue and had the audacity to disrespect one of the drivers being very aggressive and rude to him for simply asking for his order in front of customers it’s not comfortable for customers in the morning I will not come or recommend anyone to come to this shop if this is how they treat people and behave unprofessional early in the morning in front of customers.
