I have been eating at this place since for over 15 years and I'm very disappointed. Over the past few months it has just gone downhill. Its gone from occasional hit n miss to just miss. I travel from Essex after work to get my quit fix . I bring my colleagues my children my friends, dam I've even drove back from Amsterdam to catch you guys before you close for my munchies fix.. But see, the slamming chicken is not what it was. Times have changed. What's forced me to write this review is my takeaway on Friday. I ordered 2 leg and chips n 2 chicken burger and chip meals. The chicken legs were rubbery and pink inside I have video but I can't attach it to this. And what's going on with your chips?? Just dead now? Can't even say cost of living as this has been going on before that.. Anyway I've had an upset stomach since Friday and its sad. I'm not a review person I know every business has its ups and down but this is getting worse and if you don't catch it and fix it you'll damage your brand. There is no other way to let the owners know. I've supported you guys from my youth, supported the rebranding but you need to sort it out. Im not the only one I know that's saying the food quality has gone downhill. I hope that you guys really sort it out.

Amazing food. So surprising given the basic exterior. Great quality and clean. Bang for your buck. Wings, chicken and burgers are great. Open till late night so very convenient.
We came here the other day as we heard a lot about the chicken burgers. We travelled from Romford and we weren’t disappointed.. Chicken burger was delicious and the chips had a great taste to it. Probably the best I’ve had for years. Will definitely come back here..
