Had a short wait for a seat. Staff were friendly. We had the 2 course set menu (Garlic dough balls with mozzarella and chicken Milanese) and pasta pollo funghi. The starter was delicious, the chicken Milanese was average. Just some normal fried chicken with hard fried fries and some salad. The pasta pollo funghi was okay. We had a mocktail which was good.

Dishes and prices were good, the only problem was that they only hire 2 waitress for 20 tables which was definitely not enough. They were working under pressure and they couldn't manage well due to the low employes that this restaurant has. We are sure that if they hire 2 o 3 more waitress, the restaurant will increase the happiness of the clients and actual waitress.Updated:1. Pasta bolognesa and carbonara were delicious and they serve it with proper parmesano cheese ?. Dessert like tiramisu and brownie were magnificent.2. Waitress numbers increased after 30' of the initial message to number of 4 employees serving the tables. The environment was better and the waitress served kindly and more relaxed ? ☺️.Well done!keep working hard ?

The food was nice, unfortunately the staff appeared very stressed. This, in turn, spoils the atmosphere. I hope the staff feel more supported and enjoy their role.

Waited more than 20 min to be seated even though at the time they had 3 tables empty. The restaurant seemed to be running understaffed ( 2 cashiers for 15-20 tables) . People were waiting 20 min for drinks 30 min for their food and .The food was average and the pizza in particular tasted like ketchup and cheese, no taste whatsoever. The service charge was automatically included.

We were off to the theatre all 12 of us and pre-booked. Shame the pasta machine broken but we all have a fantastic meal, desert was to die for. Monica was absolutely amazing. Will definitely go again if ever in London

Honestly so disappointing. Was on the search for a good Italian and for the price you’re paying you’re expecting to be served with at least a decent meal. Unfortunately the meal tasted like it was a frozen pizza and the pasta dish tasted like a ready meal. So so disappointed, would not recommend. Pizza express is much better for the price you’re paying.

Great food and staff. Service was quick once we were seated.Tables are very close together so it feels cramped and seats are very close to other diners so felt like I was dining with them.

We were a party of four without a reservation. We were waiting in line for about 30 minutes and the lady at the front (white and disrespectful) kept on sitting parties bigger than ours WITHOUT reservations before us. She sat a parties bigger than ours before us and other guests without reservations before us. I believe this lady was racially discriminating against us and was rude to us but not other guests. I highly recommend NOT going to this restaraunt.

My partner and I are huge fans of the Bella Italia in Kensington. However I am shocked this establishment is even in the same chain. This restaurant is tiny with tables crammed next to each so much so another customer accidentally hit me while taking her coat off. There was a large wait to order both food and drinks. When the food arrived the quality was extremely poor , meat in my pasta dish was simply inedible it was strips of fat and gristle. The only positive was our poor waiter who seemed rushed off his feet. In a packed restaurant he was the only staff member I could see working.

Little but cozy place for quick meal just before theatre. Food was tasty and fresh I ordered pasta gamberoni with prawns and my partner seabas. Service was polite and very helpful. Thank you for serving us just on time.
From the moment we arrived the staff were great. It was super busy and noisy yet a lovely quiet table was found for us where we received excellent customer service from efficient friendy waitress. Highly recommend.

My review is, essentially, "Yep, it's a restaurant."The food seems hit or miss, but for me was prepackaged and bland. The tiramisu was more ice cream than anything and totally frozen. Service was the slowest I've had in London so far. Not a one star because the food was edible and we were still served. It's just nothing to write home about. I recommend going somewhere else.
