“We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 12.30pm for lunch.
We ordered via the self service screen.
The miso soup and gyoza noodles were super hot in temperature, which was excellent! Hot food should always be hot! I think this was the freshest and hottest food I've had in quite a while from a fast food place.
The sushi was delicious, it always is from Itsu. It's consistent in quality. I love the seaweed in the Poke bowl.
There were people coming in and out all the time, seemed like a popular place to eat.
Staff were very helpful and lovely - thank you!”

“Pleasant discovery. Fast food but (what seems) healthier than the classic fast food chains. Price is certainly not expensive. I had the burger with fries and it was good. Lots of choice for vegetarian and vegan. Also nice for a quick snack such as hummus.”

“Went in to get a quick drink and bite to eat after a long walk. The person who served was extremely polite and asked how my day was going with a smile. As I had ordered a croissant, a fresh batch had been bought out so he gave that to me along with my drink.
Later on when I sat down upstairs, he did come to apologise and say I actually had the wrong drink so had a fresh one to switch with, so thank you for fixing that minor error.”
