We went a few months back and we Would never go there again staff Just ignored us and they did not bother even acknowledge me or even try and help me. I stoodBy the choose me station for over 30 mins before I just walked away. I spent my money else where.

During the holidays the queue to make your own stuffed animal was quite long (40 minutes) but that didn't stop the sellers from welcoming us with a big smile!We choose the appearance of our plush toy then fill it with a seller and you can add a scent which also smells strong and must last well.You can then choose his clothes and even a passport and a bag to carry him!

Fun experience, but you have to wait at least 1 hour to make your own teddy bear. There are several stuffed toy options and decorations. It is necessary to predict between €30 and €50, it all depends on each person’s choices. The store is gigantic, it's worth visiting even without making the stuffed animal.

Had literally the best experience going here, the girl who was stuffing my plush was super nice and we had a lovely conversation, she even helped me rope my partner into putting a second heart into my plushie :))

They are really nice, about a 10 minute queue for the bear to get filled they have an extensive amount of clothing and accessories, they also have exclusive London and hamlets toys store outfits!!!
