I was working in the area and went there for lunch and must say it was the best burger king by far , the burger and fries were fresh and hot.All the other burge kings I've eaten haven't been to good.

Visited on the way to see a show at Soho place. Really like Burger Kings food but the seating area is mainly downstairs where we found the bins were overflowing.Place one of them is positioned right in front of the ladies toilet door!

I had an Angus burger with peppercorn sauce today, had to order it myself on the touch screen, blah blah, but in the background was this Asian dude, think his name badge said “Rob” He helped old ppl down the stairs, he assisted ppl on the drink machine and generally just smoothed the whole process over with everybody, Central London, where nobody gives a toss, and this guy just went out there and killed it! There should be more of you?

Security follows you to the bathrooms to make sure you buy something before using them. I think it's great that the use of the bathroom is exclusive to clients, but that they chase you abruptly and violently so that you don't use the bathroom seems miserable, low and inhumane to me. Anyone can have the urge to use the bathroom imminently and that is not the treatment that should be given.

This Burger King always exceeds expectations. The staff are switched on, engaged and professional (Rose in particular stood out!) and I always enjoy my meals there which are always prepared fresh and tasty. Much better quality than McD and they do some great deals on the app.

However, I was disappointed to encounter a leaking toilet during my visit, which detracted from an otherwise positive impression. Despite this hygiene concern, the tasty offerings and fair pricing are noteworthy aspects of the dining experience.
