The 2 guys working at 2:30 today were hopeless. To caught up with complaining about the previous customers and ant their own conversation rather then actually listening to our order that got miss made. When we asked for our correct drinks the Guys basically got annoyed with us for their mistake.Poor form and bad attitudes

It’s a chain coffeeshop so I should have known that it was not going to be great. The coffee tasted a little overburned. The place itself was not that clean. I don’t know why but I did like the atmosphere though! The place is fine if you quickly want to pop in for a coffee but I would not want to spend my whole afternoon here.Update: went to the bathroom which was kinda disgusting so had to change my review to a 2, sorry about that!

The toilets are the most horrendous out of all the major coffee chains at this branch. Consistently dirty/ smelly and lacks basics things like tissue! For a coffee chain that is in such a high profile location it’s disgusting that they think they can maintain this standard. Really poor. Good coffee.

Superb staff, but you're in the middle of London so keep an eye in belongings and behaviour of others!

A very cozy cafe for morning coffee.

Good coffee with options of plant based milks that you have to pay more for (except for soy milk). There were 2 members of staff (girl - annoyed, man - nice) unfortunately I went there because I’ve seen in the reviews that the prices of coffee will be normal but it was overpriced like everywhere else..

Less neat indoor environment than the rest of the same chain.Toilets need more care and cleanliness.Their coffee a lot in quantity but it didn't excite me.

An Italian cafe that you can find as soon as you arrive at the airport and many other places of London. The coffee is good tasting and the sandwiches are delicious (ask for them to heat it up a little in the oven) I tried the cheese and ham one. The atmosphere is very good although perhaps quite crowded if you would also like to stop to work.

Refused to speak to me, just nodded and glared. Then proceeded to speak to the other barista about how terrible the drink I ordered was and why they it shouldn’t be on their menu in front on me. Avoid.

We have been to several black cafés in London and also in Windsor and we have always had a good time, the coffee and desserts are very good and the staff are always courteous and kind! And you can access the toilet without problems!
