We stoppec here for coffee, after our journey upto London.We haven't been to a Neros for while.We enjoyed a nice apricot croissant. And I had a good cortado.

I got scammed…Paid 3.55 for this little strip. The price is the same with the chocolate cake beside but you are only getting the tiniest piece. Not to mention the coffee I got was not filled to the line. Caffe Nero is a good coffee place but avoid this specific store.

I am a regular customer. Here is why I am going to boycott Caffé Nero from tomorrow. Staff is generally welcoming and hard-working.I spent more than £10 at two of Caffé Nero today 01 December, but wasted a lot of time because the Cloud wifi was so frustrating, with endless disruption. This happened the day before in Holborn Néro as well. It had affected my work.Also, the dark, blue and white armchair are not comfortable at the Tottenham Court Road café.Some of the staff need more training. You cannot refuse a customer a wet macchiato, saying that a macchiato has to have foam.

Charge me extortion and refuse to put it in a glass because there is no staff to clean up according to them when there is 4 person working there behind the till's talking to each other and just one serving.The whole entire cafe was lited with paper cups for no reason because they can't be bothered to clean it.All of this lazy staff needs to be fired and fine for the lazy attitude. I hate wasting unnecessary cutlery for no reason.Never will go into this cafe again.

I've never been to such a bad place in the UK. I ordered a cup of coffee before class this morning (as shown in Figure 1). During the class, I drank a foreign object in my coffee (as shown in Figure 2), which made me feel very sick. After class, I took this cup of coffee and the foreign object to the store to ask for an explanation. However, the waiter with the bad attitude first denied that the coffee was ordered in their store, and then tried to emphasize that the coffee was ordered in the morning but it was now in the afternoon (why did I have to finish it on the spot when I ordered a drink to go??) Sensing my anger, the bullying waiter finally tried to remedy it, but he kept insisting on making me a new cup (imagine if I'd just had a foreign object in my coffee would I want another cup of coffee??). The waiter refused to give me a refund until the end, instead trying to appease my anger with a coupon (see Figure 3). What made me most angry was that I never heard an apology from the beginning to the end.

I came in at 7 they closed at 7.30 but had no cream for the mocha which burnt my tongue and had no flavour they had no cup holders and I was made to feel rushed and like I was imposing even though there were other customers there. Asian lady who served me was nice but her colleague didn’t want anyone

It was 15:30 and they have refused to give me a china cup even though I was staying in, without giving any explanations. Additionally, many other customers were using china cups, and other empty tables had dirty china cups in on top. This is the basic of customer service. Never again visiting this store.

Don’t go if you like good coffee.Went here the other day, asked for a very tight americano, in the smallest cup they had, and it was still very watery. I’m speechless - how is it possible to make a watery coffee in a cup that’s normally designed for espresso?

They fiddled while we dehydrated.Both people behind the counter were doing things when we arrived. They didn't stop when we stood at the counter, they didn't acknowledge us at all until it was our turn - no-one else was waiting.We had cups of tea. They were hot and full of tea, which was nice.The toilet was filthy, out of paper, REALLY icky.The company was great, which is why I put a ⭐, though the company was my choice rather than theirs. I didn't hate it, but there's no rating for indifference.
