One of the best Costas in London. That's not meaning others aren't good. I just love the feeling of openness hete. The service is really good. Coffee and food are always consistent.

Aweful staff. Very few customers in the shop, no greeting from the staff on arrival at till, or any other words spoken during transaction. Ordered a panini but was not called when it was ready for collection from counter (delivery to my table 3 metres away would have been nice in a perfect world). So panini was cold when i realised it had been lying out. It diesnt take much to be courteous to customers but this branch has had a howler this morning!

This Costa isn't super packed which I found great. However we were told they were closing at 15:20 which I felt was a bit rude as we had a Meetup event scheduled there and that is definitely not the closing time.

So, i just went in for a hot chocolate. However when i got to the person who was taking my order I got treated with no respect. I had Monika serving me and when I ordered a hot chocolate and said I didn't want no crème she started complaining to one of her co workers Infront of my face which i found rather rude and i wont be coming back. She was not only rude to me but also rude to one of my friends. Really not happy, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This Costa Coffee is in a very convenient location, spacious and full of tables. It is the perfect place to meet people or check emails while in Central. A significant negative point is that the Wi-Fi is extremely slow and unreliable. If you plan to work from this Costa, you’ll have to tether with your phone. Positively, there are many power outlets to charge your devices.

Oven was broken so couldn’t heat any of the food. Mechanical errors are normal but the staff was unapologetic and unempathetic!

Love the coffee at Costa. Always take coconut Latte. Never disappointed. Nice and friendly stuff! The only thing is that there aren't enough vegan options to eat. I was hungry so I took a muffin for breakfast which is vegetarian because there wasn't anything vegan.
