Not been for 4 years and took friends from australia to showcase British food. Sadly service, waiting for food, and plastic wrapping around the terrine not removed and soggy fish chips was bitterly disappointing!! The bill was adjusted for lateness of meal but food overall was very poor. ?

Excellent place to either sit and work or have a glass of wine or two . It was a Friday afternoon and definitely a relaxed place to sit and take in the ambiance. Our waitress was delightful and very professional.

Lovely decor, enjoyed a relaxing drink away from the crowds. Really great staff from the doorman to the friendly staff in reception and bar.

Arrived late, I like the subdued lighting, it was busy, been before the good service is not consistent, but our waiter was great this evening. Nice atmosphere, We had several glasses of Barbera dAlba Mauro.

Great place and great atmosphere. Kind and friendly staff and delicious food with reasonable prices. You can spend your all day here and enjoy it with the best environment.

I find the whole Soho House concept over-hyped and really not very good at all. Their staff are over-worked, and underpaid. Its all slightly chaotic and its just not that great anymore. There are other, better places.

Definitely one of my preferred houses, although like then all, the greed of the owners to completely oversubscribed the membership means every single house is now packed to the rafters and not always with nice people. It’s a really shame as a member you get the ridiculous email saying ‘here’s a polite reminder of our rules’ yes nothing is monitored or policed in the houses. The younger members are just so inconsiderate, can you raise the age! All the above said, when they offered the Sunday feast here it was the best and I’m astounded they stopped it, it was my absolute fave and such a great way to spend a Sunday here. The staff here are very attentive and polite, and food is always yummy. Service is also great here too, never a long wait despite the crowds.

9th February 2023 - Was looking for a comfortable venue for afternoon drinks with our family and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is very relaxed and was just what we needed after a long afternoon shopping in Bond street. Service was quick and friendly. Lovely girl on the front of house - very warm and welcoming.

We went here yesterday, we hadn't booked, we thought being Monday it would be fine. They were very busy, but we did get a table. We had the privilege of being served by Rebecca, she was an absolute joy. Our starters took quite a while to arrive and Rebecca was aware and came to apologise to us and made sure we were not waiting for our mains. Every thing she did, she did with a genuine smile. She was a joy. The food was really good, as was the wine. We will most definitely be returning.

It has been a disaster every-time from food to service. Over crowded. Too many members, completely over subscribed.

Good covid safety and the usual welcome. Busy and noisy. Good service. Nice cocktails the 75s were excellent and they made caprinos on request . There is a good wine selection for all budgets. The Dover sole was excellent. Some vegan options. The grilled hispi was good. The bill for 3 including wine and service was an easy £370!

A bizarre purgatory club. Hanging out here is like waiting for something more fabulous to happen. Don’t bother. Service reaches a new rock bottom even for soho house too

I’d arranged to meet a friend as a commemoration to friend that had recently past.. so really in no mood (due to respecting the feelings of my friend). To make any complaints.. As, from the off, the waitress first dismissively & rudely plonked the cocktail down on the table, no finesse with no interest to if we required anything else.. I asked my friend .. ‘Did I imagine that’. To which I hadn’t.. As each dish that was served coldly & abruptly I was not enjoying the experience at all. . Throughout - the attitude of the waitress was some what unnerving as with each encounter it had become more evident. ( She really didn’t like us) .. ? And without any qualms needed us to know - I understand there’s a waiter shortage, but are the staff employed at Soho house informed to the calibre of the establishment and the history and reputation it once held - As within one meal it’s ruined any desire to return. For either of us.. This was my second visit since lock down. And I feel, Sadly its my last , Having once been my go to, for lunch with friends . Since this new era, & new staff, it’s now lost it’s charm..

I was invited by a friend to 76 Dean Street for dinner with friends. It was a disaster from start to finish. We were given a table which was so dark we all had to put our phones on to see the menu. It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive which at best was average. And to cap it all off the loos were in a state comparable to that of a festival on its last day. Never do I need to go there again. For the money we spent I could’ve hired a chef, waiting staff and had the best food in the comfort of my own house.
