I asked the indian/asian guy (description) can he quickly microwave or warm my pizza I bought there as it was rock solid and cold. He said he can't very rudely and arrogantly. Poor customer service. Will not be attending here again.Another staff member stank of dirty bio and armpits. Like a strong dirty bio smell. Like a no shower for a month smell. Not great when you're eating.

Went in for my regular Gregg's Espresso, normally £1.45, but not here, it was £2.75!?Also no price list displayed on screens as they are in every other Greggs.Really disappointing and disingenuous.
Short of staff, only one person take orders, prepares food, and serves customers. Long queue every morning.

Bought cheese and onion this morning 840am at Gregg's near UCLHospital, pastry was not warm at all. It just felt like cold. I went back the staff said that's how it is. We don't serve warm or hot and no refund. paid 2.35£ and went all the way to Gregg's for warm breakfast not cold. Disappointing.

Convenient, but staffing is inadequate leading to extensive queues. Shoplifting is also rife.

I hate to make a review like this because I understand working in retail and food is a stressful job but a certain member of staff in the mornings seems to have an extremely rude attitude that makes coming to this particular Greggs in the morning very unappealing apart from this complaint this Greggs is decent

Walked past one evening at about 8:50pm and was surprised to see it was still open. Went in and bought a couple of sausage rolls which were lovely.Would have liked to show you a picture ..but I've eaten them now
