Thank you for being there for us. Visiting UCLH every week I’m happy to have Itsu beside me. Wonderful coconut soup is just beyond the sky - sooo good.Chicken gyoza noodle bowl is so filling. Definitely recommend.Toilet is clean and tidy what gives extra points to that great place.Vegetarian options: My favourite coconut soup with veggie balls.

Super nice experience! Visited on a work lunch break with a friend; it was quick, clean, fresh, tasty, and the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to Make my order as I liked it. Cheers!!

Not sure how this place deserves 4.1 stars because this is definitely not authentic Japanese food… ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and the sauce was so odd and salty. I could definitely cook up the same rice bowl by myself but WAY better ?
Urgh! Absolutely disgusting. Ordered spicy teriyaki chicken rice bowl, it had no chillies at all and so salty, it was totally inedible, through it all away! Won't be returning to itsu again. Not what it use to be. So beyond disappointing!!!

Had the veggie sushi box, it was pretty good and filling. The staff were very friendly, helping me get my student discount and download the Itsu app to get rewards.

Not the most amazing sushi but it's fast and affordable. Also, the 50% off half an hour before most of the stores close is an absolutely win!Would recommend the duck bao buns!?

I'm on holiday in London for a week & 1/2 and have been eating at sushi take out Wasabi. The prices at both are very reasonable compared to where I live. So of course I'm stuffing my face with sushi. I tried Itsu today and I find the quality is better. I like that wasabi has more options including vegan which I got by accident but Itsu tastes better.
