This Baker Street KFC branch is the worst KFC branch in London. Absolutely rude staff to the core & I don't usually write bad reviews but felt compelled to review this branch as it is so abysmal in both service & food. The staff have zero respect & customer service for customers. They were not only rude to me but to all customers whilst I waited 30 minutes for food. They served cold food & could not give two craps about how the food goes out. I am putting in a complaint to head office & don't understand why this branch has not closed down yet. I'll never return here & avoid if you like your food hot & being treated with respect.

I had very bad experience from here yesterday.Very bad customer service.There were 3 staffs in counter point.Among them there was a lady staff who was chewing gum continuously and she is handling all orders carelessly. She made fun of one of my friends who asked one tomato ketchup, and other 2 staffs too.My order number was 7222 and i waited for 20mins there.It was not too rush there at that time.They gave stuff to all who ordered after me.I was still waiting there and the staff thought they done all.I showed my order number to them and they checked in the screen.Then after 5 mins they gave my stuff.If we go to other shops like McD,we can see how lovely staffs are dealing with customers.

When we came at around 10pm and when we were having food the cleaning staff fracesca was very rude and was telling all the customers to hurt up since he wants to clean up. But the staff should know the till was being open people we’re still coming. At least give us time to have our food

Customer service was very poor. Was actually shocking. Not just to me but to a few customers who were before us. A man got angry as the man behind the counter said we have no bbq or mayo. Food was good, but in store experience was very pathetic.

The food was the same as any other location but there was genuinely not a single clean table and there was food and a lot of stains on the floor. Saw several people cleaning their tables themselves.

I ordered a Lipton peach drink and it was all out, the day before I lost my job and came to KFC to take my mind off things. The burger I ordered was really dry too the Indian scammers food are better than this. I would prefer to eat a chicken curry without spice, this was the worst experience ever in my lifetime I would 100% not recommend.

Yesterday i had a very worst experience with the staff. The service is worst to the core. She stand near till and doing drinks for guest. I was in rush i didn't got her name. She was so rude to me and shouting to the guest. Manager needs to teach her about the respect to the guest at any critical situation. And she needs more patients in hospitality. Because i worked before in kfc that's what my manager taught me. The exact time is 13:45 on Thursday 28th September.

Also people had to go to MacDonalds to wash their hands because toilet was out of orderKid-friendliness: Terrible children are at risk in this branch as chair sticking out could potentially injure a child.
