Let's be honest we only go to McDonald's when we are craving junk. This is a super busy branch located on Oxford Street. Opens very late. The new automated ordering machines as per post-pandemic were good. I ordered on the application purely as I had a voucher for discounted chicken McNuggets (6). For the past 3 weeks of going to Mcdonald's in Bond Street Station in the mornings and at the lunch times because I love Mcdonald, I have been asking for a cup of ice and I have been refused. I even said to the Customer service Advisor even if I have to pay for it but still they say No. So instead of asking for a cup of ice, I simply ask for extra ice in my cup.
