Ordered 3 x Hash Browns with my 3 x McMuffins for pick up. When I got home I noticed the Hash browns wasn't in the bag. That was the thing I was looking forward to the most, very disappointing. A waste of £4.47!

Fuk it, it happens several times, ordered grilled chicken but get Caesar

ordered double cheeseburger and a dip (which are now twice the price they were pre-covid) about an hour ago now as part of my order and get home only to find it’s missing… can’t exactly make the trip back so i guess i’m just down the £ and the food ? has happened multiple times now. won’t be going back.

It’s not often I go into McDonalds but this particular experience was worth reviewing.The small act of kindness from Giulia (I hope I have spelt that correctly) was beautiful. Keeping my food warm whilst I went to the bathroom really brightened up my day. I was having a s*** morning but you made it a little better!Thank you!
I will never give more than 1 star to UK McDonald’s until they start offering Mayo dips again. They do in other countries. Bonus points if they also offer the Crispy McBacon (from Italy)

They need to regulate their weekend opening times your either 24hr or your not. Stop changing when you’re open.
