Stumbled upon this place while wandering London waiting for a booked train. Couldn’t believe my luck to see it was 100% plant based, though of course made choosing even harder! I opted for the brisket burger, Caesar salad side and a lemonade. Great value for £15 and loved the food. Staff were really friendly!Vegetarian options: 100% vegan baby!

Great food, as is the Neat Burger standard. Perfect for satisfying that hangover food craving, but veganised. Pretty place and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed inside. A little pricey, though.Vegetarian options: All plant-based

We went here to grab a quick lunch after checking the allergen menu. Almost everything is marked as having gluten in but several are marked to say that the gluten can be "removed", meaning swapping out the bun for a gluten free bun. When we went to order and filtered by gluten free, no options came up. When I queried this I was told that they weren't actually gf because some of the ingredients still had gluten in. I queried this because I assumed those are ones without a note they can be removed. He then proceeded to say that they could do a gf bun but you can't order it and they don't recommend that you do. He then proceeded to mansplain cross contamination - pretty sure the people with the intolerance are going to know what that is... In the end we left without ordering. He told me he was trying to help me, he wasn't. I did tell him that. Anyway don't go, the staff are rude and the allergy menu is just a con ?

The burgers were outstanding (especially the cheeseburger) , the nuggets and the milkshake were tasty too. Next time in London next month, looking forward to revisit.

Lovely plant based menu and food. Nice to have lots of plant based options and not worry. Nice decor, friendly staff, clean, very tastey and fresh if a little pricey but a nice treat. Will be back when next in town.

One of the best vegan fast food joints I've ever been to! ??The retro atmosphere here is so great--even down to the music choices. Prepare for good vibes as every single member of staff is lovely, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. ?Food wise, it's all vegan and pretty outstanding. I can't get enough of the shakes, fries or the caesar wrap! The loyalty reward system is great too. 10/10 very, very big fan, I can't wait to return! ?Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan and vegetarian

Slimy burgers that seem like they’re microwaved. Don’t even seem like they’ve been on the grill? Sad days when the vegan burger from McDonalds is better.
Quite a nice vegan fastfood place close to oxford street, regent street etc. We loved the burger we tried. The hotdog was not nearly as nice as the burgers were. We loved the classic lemonade but did not like the watermelon one. Prices seem somewhat reasonable? We spent about £32 on the food pictured below (2 drinks, 2 “mains”, 2 sides). You order the food through the touch screen at the counter and then the staff brings it to your table.

My 13yr old son spent £31 on an online order. The branch then called to say we don't deliver and refused to give a refund. They said go online. Guess what? No online customer service, no one to speak to, no contact number, no refund. Had to raise a chargeback with Revolut. Will never pay for a neatburger again. Abysmal experience.

Nice and easy, delicious vegetarian burgers and excellent service. A vegan equivalent to five guys, which is always good. Plenty of options too!

Neat burger... I actually don't know what I'm eating and to me, I just didn't enjoy the taste of the burger "meat", and to me, it felt like it lacked flavour, and I'm annoyed my vegetables just slips out of my burger.But the tatar tots were nice and my gf's mango mushroom wrap tasted better tha my burger.Neat burger is pretty pricey thoughBranch is clean too and I liked taking some photos on the burger chair.
