It's a place that I wanted to visit since I came to London as I'm a fan of Italian food. Now, to be honest, I think that the experience here is going to vary a bit depending on the hour on which you visit. We were a bit unlucky to come at a very busy time. We had to wait a bit to find a seat and thus, the overall atmosphere was very tiring due to the very loud noise.In terms of food, the pizza was good as well as the pasta, but nothing extraordinary. The Tiramisu on the other had was pretty bland, nothing worth mentioning about. I'm a bit intrigued by the popularity of this place, but that's just a personal opinion. Overall, if I ended up at another time when the place wasn't so crowded, I think that the experience would have been a bit better. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it while being full.

The person who showed us to our table was very nice. He also took our orders and brought our food which was very nice. The food was really good. It was a bit busy but I'm not surprised because it's such a nice place and has great service.

We frequented the one near the Sherlock Holmes museum. The young lady who served us was such a delight and made it very easy to order. The pizza was amazing, but honestly, it's the dough balls that'll keep me coming back!

The worst service I have ever encountered in a while. I came here for m’y birthday with my friend and ordered a mushroom pizza. It was stale, hard and the crust was burnt. My friend asked to have other plates and the lady said wait I only have two hands in a rude tone, and then she didn’t give the plates at all and I payed over 40 just for a pizza and some dough balls and calamari. I kept saying excuse me and other people realised but the waiter ignored me multiple times while smirking. I have never felt so humiliated and degraded in a restaurant before like this. Give my money back at the very least, because I do not plan to give you any more any time soon. Disgraceful service and workers. I feel upset and my birthday was ruined. I was dedicated to spending my money on your pizza but all failed. I hope you respond to this review with some lovelycustomer service and some form of compensation…

Just across from Madame Tussauds there is great place to wind down with a lovely meal. They serve only pizza and pasta, but they do it well. Relaxing atmosphere. Three course childrens meal was a big success.
