By far one of my favourite coffee shops. The baristas are excellent and very helpful, everything is always delicious, and the place is very well taken care of. Great selection of all the pret favourites, both veggie and meat options, and hot food. The only thing I hope they add soon, is an ice machine, as it'd be fab for summer months and iced drinks!

Great salads, but the fact they are keeping sitting area freezing (like McDonald's and several more) to keep people from staying too long hinders you from enjoying the food and find a place to sit.

I have bought my coffee for the past 10 years from this place and the staff were amazing , but since the new morning manager started it’s an absolute disaster when it comes to services ! He is very very rude with the customers and any problems arises he doesn’t try not even a tiny bit to ameliorate the situation , he is making it worse by shouting and being aggressively rude towards the customer !Please do not let one single person destroy the image of this place ! Thank you

Small branch near Baker Street station. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Hot drink was perfect with oat milk, extra hot as I wanted. Usual range of food from sandwiches to soups, salads, pastries and more. Limited seating upstairs. More downstairs. As usual it was filthy. I left with my hot drink so I could have it somewhere clean. There are a few branches in the area. This one is located near McDonald's.
