No service, you order a bottle of wine, they give you poured from several bottles, the manager doesn't even apologize, she calls you without culture, I don't want to see you anymore, 13% tip on the bill, you leave as much as the bill, the manager starts arguing why I didn't leave tip .and he says you have to pay with a card and you don't have a card. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The food was average - you can find much nicer Italian food elsewhere in London. Overheard the manager being very rude to the waitress and not being open to a conversation because "I'm the manager". The guy who served us seemed a little nervous (which is fine) but it's no wonder given what the manager is like. Wouldn't return and support this toxic workplace.

Absolutely dreadful.A ready meal would have tasted better than their so-called pastas. Stale meat, awful sauces. Our dishes tasted as if someone with absolutely no cooking experience cooked them. Very very very amateur. Honestly, do yourself a favour and walk a few steps to any other nearby Italian restaurant.Terrible service as well. Our waitresses were very pleasant for literally no reason.

We had lasagna, penne, minestrone and caesar salad. The food was fine overall but the service was a bit on the slow side. I would not hesitate to go again.Vegetarian options: They serve pasta varities as well as minestrone and caesar salad with non-vegetarian toppings offered as extra.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available.

Great place to eat! Family of 12, we arrived 1hr early and it was no problem. All the food was delicious, with good, reasonably priced wine. Service excellent and plenty of space around our table. Can’t wait to go back!

We had pre-booked, had asked for a high chair. It was forgotten, we asked for tap water & kids asked for straws, neither came. Our food was cold and my husbands meal didn’t turn up. “Oh the chef forgot it”. When it came to pudding we specifically asked for the kids menu as it was 2 courses for £7.95, the waitress said there wasn’t a kids menu so we told the kids they could have strawberry ice cream. A 2nd waiter came over to tell us only vanilla & chocolate ice cream was on the kids menu which was incredibly frustrating as we specially asked for kids menu. The waiter then went on to tell off the waitress infront of us. All in all the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, stood on their phones a lot when trying to get their attention. It was a very expensive meal for a very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. We had a group booking of 15 ppl. Ordered the penne arrabiata it was bland and cold. The replacement was full of chilli, you couldn't eat it. The service was poor, everything was too much trouble. Avoid.

It used to be our family tradition to go to this spaghetti house after going to an art gallery that was just around the corner from this restaurant.Unfortunately, we couldn't get a table upstairs as there was a party. For that reason, maybe the service was rather slow. However, the food was as tasty as before. The salmon was too dry for my liking, but the prawn starter was amazing!

I never been to one of this chain and I was looking for a quick bite before heading home. I was lucky enough to walk in without reservation and get a table.Menu was very clear with real Italian dishes.Serving of the food was good. Will come back again

Service was good, food being honest was a good size portion but seemed dry - both my children had spaghetti bolognaise and I had carbonara and we all felt the same. Was ok not sure would go back

Extremely disappointing. The food was good but the service and in particular the managers attitude was poor. Preordered food 5 days before and arrived to find one meal not available and drinks on the menu not available. No other customers were seated on 1st floor when we arrived at 5pm. Waited 45 minutes for starters and a further 45 minutes for mains of which 2 were even later meaning we had all finished and they were just starting. Other smaller tables had been served and left before we got our food. No waiter took the initiative to go and check what was happening with our food, just got told 'we're busy, its a Saturday '. No apologies and reluctantly took off the service charge then refused to take cash payment. Not one of the 5 emails I received mentioned no cash, nothing on menus just a sign on the door of which was not noticed as the door was open when we arrived. Since when is cash not legal tender? I think training in customer service and communication is highly recommended.

Staff weren't overly friendly or attentive and the restaurant was freezing. We sat on the ground floor and every time the door opened, an arctic blast came through and froze everybody. It needs a heater above the door or an inner and outer door to prevent cold air from streaming in. I've never seen so many people sit in coats, scarves and gloves eating their dinner!!

A large table of diners was made most welcome (in the busy period before Xmas!); the service was attentive, efficient and charming and the food was good. We have a lovely evening in a most convivial atmosphere.

My wife and I had lunch here and have to say the food was amazing. It was a random stop on a trip to London and can highly recommend this place. So glad we chose to eat
