Bad value for money. Normal Italian food.

Love Spaghetti House!! The food is consistently amazing. The service is impeccable. Pedro, always treats me like family. Spaghetti House is my go to when visiting London.

Decoration and atmosphere is quite ok, that’s why we get in. But the food is disappointing!!! If you love Italian food, skip it, really salty and oily food, not tasty as all, and very unhealthy!!

Kids menu is terrible in here, not value for the money. A simple pasta bolognaise, mac & cheese & garlic bread shouldn’t be difficult to make. My kids didn’t like the food and there’s not clarity in terms of their menu & prices. I found it’s crazy expensive to be charged 61£ for kids didn’t eat the food and 1 adult portion, glass of coke and battle of water.Staff were helpful

I would honestly leave less if I could. Visited this establishment today for lunch with my parents and husband (who is black whilst we are white.) My husband was stopped by a server called 'Blanca' upon entering the establishment and was questioned multiple times if he was really with our group before being allowed to join us. It was awkward and strange as paying customers. When we said how uncomfortable this felt to management, (named Natalia and Johnny) and how inappropriate the treatment felt, we were scoffed at. We then said we would rather leave than be served despite the chain being a regular family favourite of ours.We were then told, through risen voices that Blanca, the 17 year old server who just behaved in quite frankly a rather racist fashion from my family's perspective, was crying in the back and it was 'my husband's problem' (??? For being black? As it certainly wasn't how he was dressed) that she questioned if he was with us, multiple times, despite him entering through the door with his arm around my dad?! as though this wasn't derogatory or rude at all. This was our family Christmas dinner and it was ruined by your staff. Train the 17 year old greeting people better because this was an absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary situation. And train your management better as when we asked if this was to do with skin colour, Natalia, your manager responded with 'its your problem not ours.' That is a complete failure in training. Such a shame, a great chained ruined by awful staff and you had diners that watched the whole thing and apologized to our family on your chain's behalf afterwards when I returned to ask the names of all the staff.I will be taking this higher and I certainly would like a response from whoever manages Natalia, Johnny and Blanca.

Came in here after walking around london. We had a massive late lunch at Miller and carter before hand and came in for a seat from busy london, the toilet and some starters; the staff were not bothered that we only came in for bread and were very

We joined my sister and my brother in law whom they were sitting on a table of two. We waited to be moved to a table of four. The waitress as polite and hurried to prepare the table. As i was going in to sit down on the table the said barman in an aggressive voice shouted "wait 5 mins". I was left speechless and did not want to ruin my sisters lunch as I would have left straight away. To make it worst we ordered two Capuccinos and while he was doing them he dropped the mug on the floor and he did not even change it and kept doing the capuccino in the same mug. Off course I did not drink it. The carbonara was good and tasty and the waitress was nice, but I won't be returning after this experience.

Tried this as it was really close to our hotel on a rainy Sunday evening and we were really pleased. Lovely attentive staff, food were authentic Italian meals and the desserts were really tasty! Would definitely use againWheelchair accessibility: Limited accessibility on ground floor

Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Upon entering, I requested a table for one, explaining that I didn't have a reservation but would like to dine in. The lady, named 'Arlay,' glanced at me and conveyed that there were no available seats. Accepting this, I decided to order takeout and sat at the bar stool. To my surprise, a person later arrived, requesting a table for five without a reservation, and 'Arlay' warmly accommodated them. This pattern repeated when another couple received a table without prior reservation. This inconsistency raises questions about fairness. Was it a case of racial profiling? I won't be returning to this establishment. Additionally, the pasta was mediocre, earning a 4/10 for its lack of flavor and insufficient salt. The Margherita pizza was acceptable, though they didn't bother to cut it into slices.

Cute restaurant but the food was terrible, the size and options of the starter super expensive and had 2 pieces of dry ham, 2 of salami, not worth it for the price. When complained was told “oh if you had said before”… what would have they done?

The atmosphere was exquisite, with very nice decoration and light music to accompany the place. Food took an hour to come out but was good and enjoyable. Staff seemed to be a bit all over the place, but we're friendly.
