Definitely the worst Starbucks in London. I’ve been working in this area and tried them so many times. Over half of the time the order just either got totally missed, or they would make it and hide it next between their coffee machines and just make ppl wait, or it takes them more than 15 min to make a bloody Americano… I haven’t tried them for ages and today ordered on mobile, order was missing again, staff tried to refund me but instead charged me even more… absolutely a messy store. Avoid at all costs.

I stopped by this shop on Sundays midday. There are 2 or 3 clerks, maybe.I impressed by a clerk’s effort to try to understand my poor English. Thank you very much! Then I bought a stuffed bear, and he handed it to me with a wave of its hands. And they waved their hands to my bear. It makes me very happy!I’m sorry I couldn’t tip you? I’d like to use here again!

Our local ordinary Starbucks for those working or living in Mayfair.Always busy, always messy, always loud. But it wouldn’t be Starbucks without this all.Good for a quick take away coffee like for me when I am in a hurry.

Staff didn't acknowledge us for a while and the atmosphere was tense customers especially, they didn't even look our way while we were waiting at the till.I understand it's a Saturday and it's busy but just let us know there is a wait, I wouldn't have given you guys a low rating otherwise.Your brownies were nice ?

The nicest stuff ever. I ordered 2 medium eggnog lattes for takeaway but when they arrived they were just too big.I asked if they could make a smaller size and they did it free of charge and even wanted to refund me part of the money. ??I said that it wasn’t necessary. The manager Collins gave me a coupon for a free beverage for next time!! ☕️

Starbucks reduced amount of coffee/cappuccino in their Grande- it’s half full. I first noticed this on a trip to the USA in Newark airport however it’s happened to me twice there and recently the same thing at this Starbucks in London. Bad sign if they need to save on milk. Will take my business

I ordered from the app and used my free drink reward, yet if the photo is not obvious of what is wrong, you can tell they added neither the cream nor the caramel drizzle. Furthermore, they didn't even make the drink correctly as I watched them make it and not once did they bring out the shaker. As a Starbucks barista myself all I can say is what a disgrace to the Starbucks name this place is.

The best experience today from the two staff working around midday that I felt compelled to write this review! I had got my first Christmas coffee from a different branch near Canary Wharf, they hadn’t put in any syrup or coffee into my drink it was essentially hot milk I didn’t taste this until o got on the tube, I asked the team here as I was close by and the member of staff could not have been more helpful. They said “ I can’t allow your first Christmas coffee of the year to be so poor” and apologised for my previous experience in a different store! They are a credit to your company! I didn’t get their names but as a manager of a luxury brand it is exactly the level of service I expect from my team! Bravo both!
