Half the people in the place are in there to wait for the restroom for a piss , then another set are simply sitting, taking up seats without ordering. Staff have no control. It’s a very dangerous place in the evening.

It's the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The toilets closed at 8 pm while the store closed at 10 pm. The floors and tables are super dirty. They don't clean the tables. The coffee was super hot and tasted like It was burned, and they put a lot of syrup in my partner's coffee (I guess to hide the taste of the burned coffee) and much more. It doesn't feel like Starbucks ?

Horrendous customer service received from staff named Arjun who is obviously miserable with his job. Mocked me and my husband when we clarified his question. He shouldn't be put infront of the till if he doesn't like what he's doing.

Came here to work and ordered the toastie and double chocolate frappe which was a bit pricey together. Service was great and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The wifi was up to speed and there was a sufficient amount of charging ports. Will definitely come to work here again!

Went in and asked for the iced salted maple but it's not dairy free so the lovely lady behind the counter sorted me out with a iced blonde salted caramel latte with oat milk. Didn't catch the servers name but it was order 2987. All the staff were lovely! Many thanks ?

An employee ruined my afternoon coffee experience her name is Zubi she thought it would be okay to shout at me and my friends across the store for sitting in the standing area where people had already been sitting. Then she started to shout at her coworkers overall she was genuinely the worst barista i have ever met when we tried to speak to her she was even more rude. I don’t understand how can someone like her get a job in customer service.
