Don't know about food but had a London hospital appointment and popped in for a hot chocolate. The wait was not too long. Did not ask my name though but drink well made and quick service.Toilet did not have any toilet roll and thank goodness I had spare tissues in my bag. Otherwise, would have been awkward.

The worst experience in the Starbucks. "My recent visit to Starbucks was unfortunately my worst experience yet. The employees displayed a significant lack of professionalism, with one employee in particular being exceptionally rude and rushing us to place our order. This behavior seems to be a recurring issue, as every time I visit when she's working, there's an atmosphere of discomfort due to her inappropriate comments and personal interactions with colleagues. Overall, the service was simply dreadful."

I ordered oleato for my first time, but I find it’s not my type, and the wonderful lady barista remake me an oatmilk latte without extra charging! Really excellent service !! In addition to this, my phone was almost stollen by a man and a women, they put a paper over my phone and tried to sneak my phone away. It was the barista halted him, and forced them out. I’m really thankful she helped me save my phone!!! Starbucks needs to give her a prize and extra bonus !!!!!!!!!!

Staff shouting at each other, singing horribly loud on purpose and zero interaction with customers, basically like we didn’t exist. Refused to use the Starbucks app for payment?? Anti American comments. The place could use a clean up. Loads of alternatives in the vicinity… find one next time.

If I could give 0 I would - a shocking experince entirely. First of all a relative had their phone stolen whilst in the cafe and instead of being kind and supportive the staff were less than helpful. In my opinion they couldn’t care less and instead found the entire situation rather amusing. If you have any valuables that you carry round with you do not come here.
No matter which branch you go to, the coffee is delicious. Every branch has excellent service. Wherever you go, you always stop by to support us.

Loved the experience of being there, the staff were patient and attentive with my sisters as they were ordering their drinks and I appreciated my iced tea; it was cool and very refreshing on that hot day.
