The weird guy that served me told me that they physically cannot heat up/toast Banana Loaf which I have had near every day for the past few years from Starbucks stores across the UK. Especially at Starbucks opposite Tottenham Court Rd, near Dean Street and at Euston. He was rude and said it causes the icing to come off so they don’t do it. Clearly made up his own rules and couldn’t be bothered to argue and hold up the queue. V weird guy.

I met a lovely barista and her name tag said her name was Blue. We talked about Korea and she was amazing. I was having a tricky day and she made it so much better! Please give her a bonus or a raise or something! I really appreciate her kindness. Thank you so much!

Cramped and no filter coffee even though they have a filter coffee maker.

Good drink but bad service. Staff was not too friendly

My drink was not good but it is not because of the staff. Oleato Golden Foam Cold Brew is coffee mixed with olive oil. The receipe is not good at all and I do not recommend this drink. However, the staff was very polite. It was very clean as well. The caramel waffles in Starbucks are immortal. Overall, very good experience. However, the people who invented coffee with olive oil as well as tiny chocolate bites should be taken to responsibility for making wrong promotions.

Tried the new iced blonde toasted oat shaken which was lovely in the warmth. But it also felt like there wasn’t much to the drink. It’s a nice hidden one behind the busy Oxford street and there was space inside but also a near by green space. Nothing special, not bad, not outstanding.

A lot better choice and quality coffee shops around in London.

Quite and nicely placed along the road. Walk in to grab either breakfast meal options, a lunch time getaway or an evening sit out for a chat with friends or colleagues.

Staff was rude. When I asked if they had sugar, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. They didn't have liquid cane sugar and provided no alternatives. My drink was gross to say the least. I've never been to a Starbucks with such poor customer service.

Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you go, however how you're treated when ordering sets the mood for the visit. The female member of staff who served us was rude and clearly didn't want to be there, she was blunt and no only to customer but to the staff.Clearly this is a one off for this store but still warranted a review nonetheless

I bought a warm drink and found a seat at 12.30pm on a Saturday!. Atmosphere was good. The staff were friendly and quick to create my drink. I didn't buy any food today. I would have happily stayed but soon left as I had other places to visit. The experience was positive.

Truly a great place to enjoy a fantastic frappachino. Depending on the time of day, my order usually takes around 3-5 minutes and the staff usually serves with a smile. Its definitely one of the better Starbucks branches and goes up their with the Starbucks on Vigo street. If you're planning to have a study session there, definitely take the tables by the window. The signal is way better. Like any Starbucks ,it's can get very busy but nonetheless, a great Starbucks store.
