This is the second time when staff in this branch , look at me, but serve someone else although I was next in line . I will spend my money somewhere else from now on other than Starbucks.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Coffee is very good.The only thing which affects the whole Starbucks experience are the homeless people inside and outside of the place. Especially around 9am, when they gather there to start begging on the streets. I am not sure why they chose Starbucks as their spot, but it’s just disgusting.

Apart from being one of the Starbucks with the most talented baristas, it's always the one with the friendliest ones, especially in the morning.So, why have I rated the atmosphere 3/5?Because of the very same group of people who occupy the outside seats. They're loud and always charging their mobile phones inside, not leaving much charging point for other customers

The women (Clara, Claudia) was extremely rude and obnoxious. The only thing she asked was ‘what size? Medium?’ You don’t even have a medium size. Then she immediately proceed to the payment and I didn’t even have time to scan my Starbucks card. When I asked her to scan it she harassed me that it was me who should’ve reminded me of it (I didn’t quite catch the exact wording as she was saying with a very strong accent, but she blamed me on her poor service skills).

I do love a Starbucks coffee once in a while but I have been to some with lacklustre service and what a fresh break this one was.The service here is fantastic, was so patiently told which drink to pick and what modifications should I try, and the drink that I was handed did feel like was made with love.Was served by Natalia and Eyob and they were absolutely wonderful and kind. Would definitely recommend :)

The woman at the counter was super obnoxious. Looked right at me and walked up like she was ready to take my order then she whinged that she had other people to serve and that I should wait.She lost a customer with an attitude like that so I went to Pret instead which was much better service.
Very friendly and efficient service. The guys always smiling and happy to help.

Somebody needs to deal with the group of guys who are here everyday charging their phones at the front.This morning 4 were crowded in the corner with their videophones on loudspeaker, 2 of the them spitting in the bin. Not nice and 2 other female customers looked quite intimidated.The staff here are all lovely and welcoming every time I pop in for a coffee.A "good morning, How are you today?" from a lovely friendly guy and lady in here today.....AND..."have a great day Lee"They really make you feel welcomeNice strong Almond milk cappuccino.Cool relaxed and friendly atmosphere.And to think, I wasted a whole week going to pret next door where you don't get any of those things.
