Terrible experienceI doubt madame faiza is a raciat cause she was not only being impatient with me when i was reading menu (no one was waiting behind me) but also didn’t ask my name to note on the coffee cup either offer me the receipt (she went directly to do the drink without even waiting for me finishing my payment). She was playing poker face all time to me, and suddenly changed a personality while serving a white couple 2 minutes after me. I felt so uncomfortable and strange, I’m showing my politeness and manners to her but she was absolutely rude to me for no reason.The funniest part would be when she asked me to pick up my drink by calling directly the drink’s name (which is unusual in Starbucks), I noted down her name and repeated it. She suddenly changed her attitude and asked “oh honey what’s wrong?”Absolutely ridiculousI love London, but this Starbucks staff really ruins my good impression about London. Dommage.

I came for a cup of chi tea but unfortunately the barrister was in a bad mood and grumpy. She spoke to me rudely. At the third time I complained and then she started pretending that she doesn't understand me (I am a foreign). Then she laughed behind my back, saw it at the reflection in the glass. At the end she slammed my chai tea mug on the counter.

Toilet fully broken and closed, guy on the counter with severe flu and coughing all the time , tables not clean, counter and floors dirty it’s a disgrace for Starbucks, would rather call it
