Average at best. Toilets were nasty.

It’s an ordinary starbucks franchise, I don’t understand what the other critiques were expecting differently? It is small yes.

Overprice.. over £4 the coffee that is £3.75 any other Starbucks stores. Nothing extra for this extra money. Small and less seats. Won't come again. Feel better to leave a tip then charge for nothing

Just stopped by with some mates... Nice little coffee shop with handy downstairs seating area which gave a nice feeling of being away from all the hustle and bustle of city life a few feet above our heads!

I came here yesterday (08-Sep-23) around 2pm and the male staff who took my order was smiley, cheerful and was so welcoming which really made my day.I came here again today around 12.30pm and ordered the same thing. The lady who took my order made a mistake with my order - I asked for “extra caramel sauce”, but she heard “No caramel drizzle”, so I ended up with the wrong order. But I have no problem with that, as everybody makes mistakes and that’s fine. What does matter was how the barista guy had such a bad attitude after I told him my order was wrong. He was rude and abrasive, and was also extremely passive aggressive when he had to fix my order. Never gonna visit again

Feng is super sweet and friendly and chatty, she gave recommendations and they were perfect very friendly service and I'm much more of a costa fan usually ?‍?️ great coffee and they actually listen rather than just going with what they want to do!

I didn’t say anything to anyone and an employee says to me don’t be rude to my colleague like that. When actually it was her colleague that started on me and wasn’t just focusing on her Job. I am a customer that just wants a coffee, nothing else concerns these workers at Starbucks. There was one rule for them and another for me. When I said I didn’t say anything, she pointed out my attitude but what about her colleagues attitude. If there was a problem in my non verbal communication, then what about the non verbal communication of her colleague that she was backing and who actually started on me first. Then all employees began sticking together and they all one by one started on me for no reason. They can be the victim all they like now, but the victim is often the perpetrator to begin with. They are the ones that started it not me. They were ganging up on someone for no reason not me. I just wanted a coffee, they are the ones that had a problem not me. I don’t care if they were ganging up on me.
