While ordering at the till I get asked "eat in or takeaway", I chose to eat in. To my surprise my order came in single use disposable containers. I quesiltioned this knowing it goes against starbucks' sustainability pledge and am now left wondering how honest the franchise is actually being.

It's a bulk standard Starbucks. The guy serving was polite and re checked the order items twice.

My drink was nice but the service and atmosphere from the two men working there today was rubbish and rude like me ordering a drink was hard work for them no smiles no friendliness definitely won’t be back at this branch.
