Admittedly it was late in the day but stocks of vegan options were low. Disappointed as this was my main reason for visiting.Dietary restrictions: Pret was once a leader in providing ethical cruelty-free food (vegan) but now there are some Pret branches that when I visit have none (apart from crisps and popcorn) - whereas competitive chains have increased their options. Disappointing

Good location. However, the coffee quality leaves room for improvement, often exhibiting an over-roasted flavor as noted in some reviews.Could consider revisiting staff training for espresso extraction.

Baguette was fine, but service and coffee poor.

Terrible service each time, try to go there several mornings in a row around 11.30 nothing on shelves but the old sandwiches from the day before at least 3 times in a row

I stop going there , because the staff is quite rude , also coffees are not as good as in other Pret !

I've had coffee here a few times, and sadly they've been consistently bad - often tasting burnt. Not sure if it's their machines, or a lack of training, but they should consider reviewing it - perhaps through a simple "mystery shopping" effort.

Have a good range of vegan and vegetarian food not available in normal prets. Wish they had more vegan options as a percentage of all the sandwiches, hot food, and pastries. Also the tofu mayo baguette can be way too salty sometimes!

So many vegan and vegetarian options in the grab & go fridge. Also pretty good coffee ☕️ ?

Veggie Pret - the standard by which all other Prets should be held to. Why other Prets don't have this selection of Veggie/Vegan stuff is beyond me.Service is usually lovely but sometimes very heavy-handed here. Seating outside is nice if the weather is good, but the street is usually busy with vans... It's not too far to walk to Soho Square though!Vegetarian options: The selection here is much more Veggie then Vegan (the name "Veggie Pret" is a bit of a giveaway!), but there seems to always be a vegan option available for food.
I go here every day for my coffee. The staff always seem niceVegetarian options: This shop only sells vegetarian and vegan foodWheelchair accessibility: The doorway has no steps so is wheelchair friendly

No toilet available for customers. No cardboard holders for scorching cups.Incredibly hot branch inside.Should never be allowed in a place of dining

Not sure if the manager is trying to save on expenses or just being greedy but you are the only outlet that does not put sleeves on piping hot drinks. Every time I have to ask.
Nice to find a veggie pretty near the
