Shocking service, had to wait half an hour for the bill despite being one of only four of five tables in there. Food order was brought out wrong, I have been vegan for six years so I wouldn’t have suddenly ordered chicken. No apology or concessions when this happened. Overall a really poor and disappointing experience that’s left a sour taste. Would not recommend this branch or actually any of them as either the prices have shot up or I was overcharged but you can’t tell because the waiters don’t show you the bill. Dreadful. I will assume some of this is head office’s decisions as it seemed understaffed (only one waiter) but it was still really poor.

Organised a corporate event at this branch, and could not believe how well we were catered for!! The team did a wonderful job organising a “sushi school”, making sure we were well looked after. Each small group had our own sushi chef to walk us through the steps, we had a lovely front of house providing drinks and photographs, and we all left extremely well fed and very happy! The social of the year!

We did the sushi making experience last weekend and it was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect but the amount of fresh, quality food we received was incredible. Caro was the highlight - she was a fantastic teacher and helped us so much. She also gave such delicious samples throughout. What an amazing employee you have at Bond Street. Thank you Caro ☺️
