I visited here 28/02/24, late afternoon. While the food was nice, this isn’t the best Yo! I have visited. The young woman who greeted me did not seem to care about her job.I was concerned that she didn’t ask (unlike all the other Yo! Staff on arrival) “do you have any allergies?”She didn’t really seem approachable nor did she have a friendly vibe.I saw a chef with an earbud in, and also he was eating food (I believe it was a baguette) taking a bite and then he was leaving in under his work bench- very bad image.Very disappointing, I hope you can rectify these highlights.

Sadly I think the party might be over for Yo Sushi. I visited the Selfridges branch on a Saturday afternoon and was seated after a short wait.Food was .. not good. I had vegetable yakisoba and the noodles were very overcooked and mushy. Firecracker rice that tasted of very strong / stale red onion and nothing else. Vegetable gyoza that were fine/average.Service is chaotic at best and staff were running around like headless chickens trying to keep on top of things. Whilst I was eating I saw quite a long queue form despite the restaurant area having multiple empty seats. When I came to pay, the server could not find details of what I’d ordered and asked me to tell him again so he could add it up. He said ‘I’m trusting you to be truthful’. Umm.. thanks? I’m not interested in short changing you, despite the totally mediocre food.I used to love Yo, but this was a sad experience and very different to previous experiences. Time to find something different.

Cute conveyor belt franchise within Selfridges.Plate colours determine the cost. You could also order off the menu if you don't see it on the belt.If you don't expect authentic fish varieties and sushi made from Japan, this is a cute restaurant to have a quick meal or snack.

This store was within the shopping mall. Sushi was fresh and fried noodles were great. Unlimited refill hot green tea and miso soup was great comfort in the cold weather. Taste wise was just mediocre. Price wise, value for

The Assistant Manager (I think) Ayah was superb in her knowledge of the menu and recommendations. The food was amazing by the Chefs Lama, Lily and Anh, and the service from Ayah was phenomenal. Amazing experience, too bad for Selfridges creating a bad ambiance with their lights. 100% recommended. Tip them well, they deserve it.

Beautiful department store. Tons of luxury shopping, great sales for the end of year (up to 50% off luxury brand shoes), and courteous staff. Gets a bit chaotic during New Years, so be prepared!

Way too overpriced.

Selfridges, particularly during the Christmas season, earns a respectable four-star rating for its festive charm and historic significance. The store exudes a magical ambiance during the holidays, with stunning decorations and an array of festive offerings. However, it's noteworthy that the overall experience seems to have declined outside of the Christmas season. While the store still boasts an extensive range of products, the overall shopping atmosphere may not be as vibrant or as engaging as in previous years. Customer service, though generally adequate, may not consistently meet the high standards one would expect from a store of this caliber. Despite these observations, Selfridges remains a reputable and iconic destination, especially during the holiday season, though improvements could enhance the year-round shopping experience.

The holiday windows are beautifully decorated for the season. The service in the food hall was superb with several items available to purchase as gifts for friends and loved ones.
