Top service.

Unqualified, unfriendly and rude barista. It is clear that they do not enjoy being a barista.

Average coffee and customer service can be improved- concentrate on who you are serving.

When are they going to employ more staff?? Don't tell me they don't make enough money to have more employee. The poor lady is on her own, it's very long for the order to go and the place is so dirty, cups everywhere... The standards are going down just because of the greediness of some employer.Drink still good though.Once I went the trainee was on her own at 9am, long queue and a lot people left, while the boss was eating her sandwich in the back room... employee of the month for sure!

Too much noise and people occupied tables for four no evidence of a purchase just on their lap tops. Very annoying.

I've had mixed experiences, but usually service just cuts the fair mark. On one occasion I was entirely ignored at the counter for 5 minutes, with two members of staff puttering about at seeming odd jobs; they did see me, but neither offered so much as a greeting, or "with you in a moment" - I left and went elsewhere for my refreshments. On another occasion however, a staff member was particularly attentive and pleasant, but this was also an exception. In recent months I have also found their coffee strangely different and inferior to other Cafe Nero's and I always order the same bog standard thing - but here is consistently more bitter, tastes burnt. Perhaps they need to servide the machine, or properly train staff on how to brew.Atmosphere wise, the wooden tables are nice but their arrangement isn't the cosiest.

Great to be there in pleasant atmosphere and nice drink with a delishes cake!

Ham and cheese sandwich seems microwaved and not grilled. Bread was chewy with hardly any cheese inside the sandwich. Very poor quality and expensive. . Much better quality and service on your Wimbledon Ely's brunch

Just regular Cafe nero, service can be bit more friendly rather than

Marketa

Froyo... it is actually just a cold whipped milk... ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️ definitely doesn't look like the drink on the picture from Nero adverts....
