I would like to bring attention to the assistant manager of this cafe, which I haven't had the pleasure to meet. But trace of him was sitting right on the counter for every customer to see (please take a look at the picture attached). I was truly terrified to see something like that. I shared my concern with barista of that evening, nice man, who served me in proper manner, by the way. I would like to ask Costa if they went through this with their employee first? It really feels like they degraded one of their own staff member. We all been there once (well, most of us), starting somewhere and learning. Guys, you've got badges, so customer can distinguish on what level of experience your employees currently are. This is discrimination. I would love to hear your side of the story and that I am exaggerating. If your staff member asked for this kind of attention, discard this review. Awaiting response.\\n\\nYour customer Veronika

Unusually, the staff here are pretty rude! 11.40am 19th Dec. I went in to buy a coffee, as you do, told I had to purchase first before being allowed to use the loo. Where's the usual great customer service, Costa? The WAY they said it rather than what they said was what made me decide to walk out without a coffee or a loo break. Shame.

I am a regular customer here at Costa.I am coming more than a year and I can say that the staff is always friendly ,nice.The place is kept always at a high standards.I just love this place and the staff..I enjoy drinking my coffe here..Thank you!!😊😊😊😊

Small but uncrowded good if you want to have a cofee in peace or work on your laptop using their free wifi
