I basically ordered a vegetable bake and also a double chocolate Muffin. But the lady gave me Chocolate donut instead of muffin.. I was on a rush so I didn't open it right away, when I came back home and opened my package I saw that she had given me donut instead :(..

Had a lovely experience today! Went into the Greggs in Wimbledon to get two sausage rolls for lunch. They had one left and it got sold just before I could buy it. I ask when the next batch would be put out and they said 10 mins, so I said I would come back. I went back and they were out again (glad the vegan sausage rolls are so popular hahah). I then ask when the next batch would be put out. They said 10 mins and I ask if they could save me two for when I came back for them. They said yes and kindly said they would give one to me for free. In the end I got them fresh out the oven and they kindly slipped an extra one in for me so I got three vegan sausage rolls and I only paid for one. Made me very happy and would like to thank the two kind guys that did that for me.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Nice place overall, I applied for a Senior Member Position in the store and they offered me a cup of Coffee while I was waiting for Mervin the manager for my interview!The only problem is they asked me to scan my documents in the local post office which took ages and cost me £4! otherwise would of given 5 starsFYI, I didn’t get the job unfortunately I might try at a different Greggs store like Uxbridge wish me good luck!

Never open on a Saturday morning when it’s supposed to be despite walking up at 7:20 well after they’re meant to be open. Plenty of people walking up to the doors for them not to be open and the staff standing in there ignoring you through the glass. Seems to be a running theme seeing as this is something that people are continuously complaining about.

It's OK. Has the usual Greggs baked goods. They also have a new Halloween range. However, I wasn't able to see the ingredients list for the items because they'd blocked access using cleaning signs. It's not the best idea when you're still open!

Poor service. This shop never opens on time. I have been standing outside almost every other morning for it to open for 6am but the staff inside seem to ignore any questions and do not even reply if asked what time they are meant to open because the time says 6am.Just poor and unprofessional behaviour altogether. The amount money this business is a lot due to not opening on time. Customers want to catch the train after 0605am and can't buy a coffe thanks to lazy staff.
Food is ok and fairly reasonably priced, the lottery of whether it is hot or stone cold adds a little spice to whole experience I guess

Two bacon rolls, one with tomato ketchup and one with brown sauce please. Bacon stone cold in each roll and each roll smothered in far too much sauce! Taken back and replaced with luke warm bacon and the right amount of sauce in each roll. If you sell hot food then make sure it is sold as hot - it ain't difficult!
