Self serve checkout to order and collect at the tills. Plenty of seating. Sushi is not the best you can get but handy for a quick bite to eat. The paper spork is great for kids.

I just recently left the store in Wimbledon and the service and staff was really helpful and kind. I was swerved and greeted by a worker called Paula and she was very helpful and happy to assist me with my student discount. very positive atmosphere and would gladly come again.

Visited for lunch, fast service and delish food!One heads up, there was a male staff cleaning tables and bars did absolutely wonderful job! All the tables were clean and I have never seen such organized and clean condiments bar in any fast food chain. Thank you very much!!!

Somehow I'd never tried itsu before; glad I did on this day. Easy to order from the screens; quick pick-up; tasty food. No complaints. I just wish there was a little more versatility to the menu, like more seafood options. Still, can't complain.

Absolutely amazing! Food exceptional and very good prices. I want to give a big shoutout to the member of staff who was at the door greeting everyone and making sure that everyone was able to use the machines and even offered to take my bowl to the non once finished which I thought was fantastic service. Will be coming back often.
I visited this Itsu store to enjoy a lovely lunch on my own away from the shoppers. I had a Teriyaki chicken rice bowl that came with some salad and this was a healthy treat. Though the meal temperature wasn’t hot and some rice grains were crusty/ hard, I was still able to enjoy my meal in a nice, clean and tidy environment away from the noise. Easy to order kiosks / self serve machines with the option to customise your meal and very short waiting time from order to collection.

There was a time when staff would greet you with 'hello, how can I help?'. With a cold, commanding voice I was just ordered to use the machines to order for daring to approach the counter and have a look at the menu on the screen.'This is a bit impersonal and rude I said'.' This is what we've been told to do' , came the reply. This goes for all itsu locations and other chains that use to self ordering machines. Nothing wrong with them, but staff forget how to interact and be nice to customers.

I have always frequented Itsu Sushi as a customer. I also work as a restaurant partner. On the 26th, May 2023 I had a very unpleasant experience visiting the restaurant. The guy who addressed himself as the manager treated me super bad. I will likely never go back to the restaurant in this area after this episode. I would like you to observe your employees more.
