Went there for a quick lunch, the ambience was great. Teams were lovely and helpful. Loved their halloumi wrap and fries. Loved the fact that the fries were baked and loved their coffee.

Visit once or twice a month for breakfast on my way to work. In general the staff have been nice, and food is sometimes a little on the sloppy side but still tastes good. When there’s too many Deliveroo people waiting the staff can get a little grumpy with other customers.
Ordered soya milk and got dairy, I’m vegan. Also asked for no sauce in one item and came with sauce, we also called multiple times to confirm there would be no sauce and no one picked up. Not good guysDietary restrictions: I can’t drink dairy milk. A partial refund would be great!

Fast food it is not!! Waited ages after placing our order (at least 5 or 6 minutes in a "fast food" place) to be told our fish finger wrap would be another five minutes and we had a train to catch. The arancini balls came without a dip as they didn't know what they were doing when they gave us only the half of our order which was ready in under ten minutes. The worst Leon I have ever been to! Avoid it if you can please.

The food was good except for the stale fries. There was one menu on the table, and every customer had to share it! The worst part is the how dirty the place was, the tables were disgusting, the floors are repulsive, the chairs are stained and never been cleaned, I was trying my best not to touch anything in that place. The bathroom was a whole different level of filth. Management should really pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness.

I've eaten here a few times, Leon being an obvious option for a coeliac, but I never knew until yesterday about the lovely seating area upstairs. Obviously love the gluten-free chicken nuggets and glad they are back on the Leon menu

Honestly I feel like Leon is becoming worse and worse every time, I remember the first time we discovered it, it was good everything looked fine, even the food, was like eating at a fast food but with healthy ingredients, nowadays even the place itself looks bad, full of teens occupying all the seats coming from outside with food from Mc/KFC, not allowing people to sit down, some of the even swore when I asked to take the baby chair off them. Food wise everything tastes like frozen stuff.
