Promised to have pizzas done for a certain time which was fulfilled, communicated well with us and even helped us place the pizzas in our car when we came to collect.Best experience at Papa Johns and team deserves full praise.Will 100% recommend!

Joke. I've ordered a pizza in a deal buy 1 get 1 free, received only one, and no one knows where it is. Driver haven't received, but restaurant have given.

Shop says it opens at 11am. The door was locked with the key on the inside at 11.30 I was knocking the door till 11.40. Staff member came and opened the door and was rude about me asking why is the shop closed and it’s meant to be open. Never eating from this place

Not good enough kept telling me they had one delivery before me yet the tracker showed the delivery guy all over West London. Food turned up cold.....useless.

Pizza was tasty but over 20 mins late. Was ordered for a kids party 5 mins walk away. Appreciate it was a sizeable order (6 pizzas) but was placed early in the morning so there were several hours to prepare and I could have made alternative arrangements. Was the cause of unnecessary stress for a kids party.Afraid I’ll not take a chance again with party orders from here.

We order for take away twice a month and it always been great! Amazing service, friendly servers/chefs. Cooked to perfection and never had an issue.We do have a requirements, we usually take half plain pizza and another half with toppings so can share with kids. Great take out offers price wise.

On the Papa John's web site cauliflower wings not available from Southfields, but they ARE available if you order on Uber Eats and pay the UE premium. Phoned to check what was going on and they blamed the web site people and said they were going to turn the cauliflower wings back on as an option but they obviously couldn't be bothered because still not available on their own web site. Available at every other PJ store that I have checked.
