Pizzas with lot of bald spots (little to no sauce or cheese, just bread- very stingy with toppings) that was also mostly crust. Had to phone 4 times to get anyone on the phone and when they finally answered they abruptly hung up on me after I complained then stopped answering the phone again.

Large take out pizza is £9.99. How can you not like it? You can order through the phone, and they tend to pick up the phone pretty well.

It used to be a good place, I ordered takeaway last week, the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza base was burnt, It totally ruined my experience. When I went to collect my order, two staff members were doom scrolling their phone, probably they were doing the same while my food was in the oven and the alarm went off.

Our pizza never arrived despite the website tracker saying it had. The manager said another would be delivered however it never did and upon trying to contact them, no one answered the phone. Extremely poor customer service with no information as to what happened to my original order. Not to mention. I’ve paid for an order I’ve not received! Disgusting.

Undercooked pizza , stodgy in centre of base . I eat papa John's whenever I eat pizza , so I know it wasnt as good as it normally is from various other branches . Canary wharf , Northampton branches are spot on
