The waiter was Asian ruined our dinner. Couldn't get our order right making it confusing. Started to get abusive. The manager also saw it but didn't do anything. Walked out and never coming back to this place.

Everytime we visit there is always lots of tables free, so we get to pick where we want to be seated. The salad bar is always stocked and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is still order on your phone by scanning the QR on the table, but we saw a family go up to the desk to order, so they can accommodate you if you can't order on your phone. Food always comes out quickly and fresh.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu available and high chairs.

Very very bad ? much better-0 ben there one time 3 days ago with my colleagues and after that ben 3 days sick with stomach pains and lot of diaries. Never go again, all was so bad the buffet l will remember for all my life. And was thinking to go and with my family but after that Never. Now you can say me what you waiting for 10.99£ eat in unlimited?? Yes this is true.

Clean and spacious, staff are always around to assist. Fast service. The bottomless options are fantastic.Lasagne tasted fab but really silly serving, in a pencil thin dish, long rectangle, prefer a layered Lasagne to be honest. Also needs a second drinks dispenser but other than that it's a nice family eatery.

Came in on quite period, regularly come to this Pizza Hut after a video shoot every month or so.Just a typical Pizza Hut, always quiet foods always decent, cleanliness is always moderate and consistent.What does annoy me is the tipping system, how it always asks for a tip when the staff don’t really do much. It’s all online and all automated via the app or QR code.Overall what you’d expect from a big chain restaurant.

Arrived at opening time 11.30 on a lovely Wednesday morning. Had the delicious ? buffet with unlimited soft drinks?? and salad ? ? bar. My favourite coffee was unavailable. Sat in a booth (I love a booth ? ). Had a fabulous early lunch with my grandsons and my daughter. Service was excellent. Nice space. No loud music✅️✅️✅️. Free car park for first 2 hours. Good location as merton Abbey Mills. M & S . Sainsbury . Very close by. Plus many other useful places. Brilliant place to spend time. ?✨️?Parking: Free parking for first 2 hours. Pay and display after 2 hours. Was plenty of parking at 11.30 am, but may be less during busy times. Lots of free parking in sainsbury car park across the road. walk back to puzza hut from that car park through the pedestrian tunnel.Kid-friendliness: Seems a family oriented place. Quite expensive, but I'm sure there are deals available online. Nice calm decor and atmosphere with no loud music which is wonderful. ? booths and large group seating available. Kids will love the "self serve drinks?, salad bar? and ice crea?Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance doors are heavy and pull outwards. Assistance may be required. But the floor is flat , no Steps to negotiate.
