It is good, the food is what you expect from Starbucks, with the cold sandwiches and wraps, that they heat up for you. The service is good, quick, efficient and with a smile. Nice and comfortable, you can choose to stay in or out if the weather is nice.

The atmosphere here recently is not quite pleasant. Many school kids or teenagers bought McDonalds and sitting upstairs with loud voices enjoying their burgers and chips. Just in case you wonder if they ordered Starbucks food or drink, no, they didn’t. No staff attended to them and I just wondering Starbucks are so friendly now that their space is even catering for McD’s customers. Perhaps can try to get a £1.39 coffee next door and sitting in this Starbucks brunch and see if they say anything.The latte that I ordered here, it was nicely made every day except Friday 19/1/23 by a young slim guy this week. Standard was not consistent but at least 4 out of 5, I was happy.
Was here in this store at 1:30pm wasn't too busy when I arrived . Waiting to buy a coffee and was told by the guy at the till that the queue was going the other way, I didn't jump the queue, I was in line as normal. He then chose to serve another customer and ignored me. People in the queue didn't know what to do and were confused.. The guy ignored me so I walked out not buying anything.Your staff need customer service training.

Please fix the derelict conditions of the tables always so sticky dirty and stuff?Amazing drinks and amiable staffBakery is soo nice always bounteous options and ambrosial pastries really even the sandwiches
