A place we go to regularly, mostly because the kids enjoy it, and they have a nice section at the back where families can sit and kids can be kids. The staff are always friendly and the quality consistently good. The kids ramen is very generous in size. One of our favourite places to eat , ebi katsu, chicken katsu, chicken and prawn soba one of the tops , friendly staff and even if we ever had an issue it's been always resolved efficiently and effectively . Always clean and fresh ingredients it's been almost 2 years now and they are consistent and the quality is still great when you order it for delivery as well.

Everything was going well till it came to paying the bill! I was offered an online payment option via a QR code that was promoted at the beginning by our server. When scanning the logo I needed to provide my credit card info via some sort of game app and it got caught in a loop. I was completely unable to make the restaurant bill payment via this method. Terrible app and loads of time wasted. The staff should warn people! In the end I paid by card through the usual payment terminal. Very ?
