The London McDonald's are an insult to the original McDonald's. The photographic images of the products make them look big and juicy, but when they give it to you, nothing to see. I mean they give false advertising. The burgers are clearly not fresh, but frozen, they are very thin, dry and tasteless, as are the fries. And not to mention the children's happy meal, the chicken nuggets are the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. Even frozen products from Iceland don't taste that bad. You have to have bad taste in food to eat anything at McDonald's again. The owners who are from the USA should withdraw the franchises from all those in London, since they are giving it a bad name. Their products are supposed to be fresh, juicy and well-made, but they are not.

Nice, quick stop if you need somewhere to quickly stop. It’s definitely a delivery hit as there were A LOT of delivery drivers. Would go there again, although quite small.Vegetarian options: Basically, avoid the chicken nuggets, tenders and anything that isn’t the McPlant.Dietary restrictions: Has its own vegetarian menu, but vegan menu is limited. Dairy free is not an option.Parking: Their parking was a “click and serve” (you order on the app and they serve to your car) hotspot (looked like that to me). I think there were a few parking spots.

Terrible, nuggets missing from happy meal! Burger missing from cheeseburger and filet of fish had mayo instead of tartar sauce. Raspberry pie had sticker on saying dispose of two hours earlier. What a shambles of a service.

Drive thru is tight as anything! Hardly any room from your van/car, never went inside as it was 6.45 and was on way to work, and food is as it always is at McDonald's. Standard.

Real language barrier... Hear people in drive through constantly repeating orders.Didn't understand mine which was just 'wrap of the day' and milk for tea. Ended over charged...

Absolutely disgusting customer service from these staff members, who do not act in any way professional from the cashiers to the managers. I requested for salt with no chips and when I collected my order I then requested for a sachet of salt. The server (who refused to give me his name and also the manager) shouted in front of all the customers “why I ask for no salt on chips then ask for separate salt” I was shocked that he felt the need to say this so loudly as I suffer with high blood pressure and have been advised by my Doctor to watch the amount of salt I take in a day so wanted to do this myself rather than have this done for me. I explained it was not up to him to question why I requested this as I am a paying customer, he then shouted for his manager who he knew was going to take his side. His shift manager name was Raja who also did not deal with my concern in appropriate way and instead of talking to me directly was looking at other customers as if he was trying to explain the situation to them. I never felt so small and not listened to and even when they passed me over to their other manager who refused to give me any other staff name I realised that there was no point of arguing with small minded people like them. I will not be returning to this McDonalds and will make me even question returning back to any McDonald’s as I’ve never felt so embarrassed in a public space in my life. I Hope McDonald’s are able to give the appropriate training to the staff they hire and when request are made this should not be questioned especially if this is coming from a paying customer. I will be taking this further and contacting McDonald’s customer service department directly as something needs to change. If I could give a -10/0 for customer service I would
