Nando's Whitchapel is in a good location near the tube stop. The food is good and the customer service is great! Very nice people. Dining room ambiance is nice, comfortable and very new. I will definitely return.

To be honest a disappointing experience. I came here with a friend to have some lunch it seems that with the cost of living their portions had shrunk as well. Not only that the food was not cooked properly having been burnt. The tables were dirty I had to ask for someone to clean it as there was food droppings on the table as well as underneath it. It made me feel sick and lose my appetite.
I visited this Nandos yesterday and want to thank Tipu and Lizzie for their amazing service! They were very friendly, provided amazing customer service and were always ready to assist us! They food came quickly and Tipu and Lizzie were quick to assist! I will definitely be visiting this Nandos again and I hope Tipu and Lizzie and rewarded for their efforts!! Thank you :)Parking: We parked on a side side next to the Nandos

I’m used to Mile End Nandos but came here on Mother’s Day. My goodness, the place was fairly full but they were either short staffed for Mother’s Day which is also the day before Ramadan starts, or the staff just cannot cope.
